hmm scariest villan, Id have to say Clarence Boddicker (played by Kurtwood Smith aka Red Foreman) from Robocop. Something about a maniacal killer freaked me out as a kid. Also Jack Torrence from the shining, which has actually given me a lasting fear of jack nicholson. as for things from my childhood (oh wait those were) I can easily say that Leatherface made me shit my pants, as did buffalo bill. Yeah I watched all those things as a child get at me.

Scorpius from Farscape. He was unflinching in his desire to obtain what he wanted and that was terrifying. From some perspectives, he was simply trying to bring peace to the galaxy, but he was willing to crush anyone or anything that stood in his way and was even more so willing to betray anyone and anything to obtain this goal.
Not to mention he looks fuckin terrifying.
