Personality:

Elizabeth observes the world through a Mathematicians eyes; all of reality has a numerical value that can be tied to its inner workings. Efficiency and reward for expending any amount of effort is very important to her and she has certainly worked hard to get rewarded with her position over Clement Technologies. She is a matriarch of a micro manager, reviewing every little output from numerous wings and branches of the Clement Tech family. If any performs below standards they are usually in line for a harsh punishment. However, with the great risk she often rewards those that outperform her expectations just as much. Jules believes herself to be above any and all laws and encourages this kind of thinking in most of her staff, which could be damaging to the companies reputation if she wasn't also incredibly secretive. Her claws are not only dug into Clement Technologies, but she has reached out to Politics and even into Public Relations, becoming the new face for the Twenty First Century. Overall her motivations are simple; she longs to be recognized for her great abilities and to control and shape the evolution of mankind, including the secrets of the superhuman.

Miss Jules can be incredibly manipulative if an object presents itself that needs the softer approach. She is in fact adaptable to most problems and situations; if she can't talk her way, or buy a way through something she can apply force to the problem or work around it. Jules has a deep seated hatred of a few people; the first is Ignatius Clement, who made a fool of her and wasted millions on a Genetic Manipulating Machine. Her twin brother has been a thorn in her side for as long as she remembers and she continues to resent him to this day, some small part of her glad that the freak had been mutated. Finally, she has a rivalry with Bliss Fokukama, who she has cultivated a dangerous and deadly competition with.

History:

Elizabeth Jules history begins with a long of line of a pseudo noble family, living in a small country named Rinetia which boarded the old USSR and the Baltic Nations, created after Europe was fractured during World War 2. This line used the normally formed country and a eight hundred year old bloodline to install themselves as Counts and Countesses of large swaths of the country. The recovery of the country was actually hindered by the selfish family, so the government was forced to defect into becoming a Subnation of the Soviet Union in 1953. Communist power slowly declined however and by 1977, the year Elizabeth and her twin brother were born, the stately manor home and their inheritance had shrunk considerably to almost nothing. Elizabeth was even stripped the chance at the Title, the only thing that could have the smallest hint of power, a fact that her brother would never let her live down for his own amusement. The two of them spent 8 years in total in their "ancestral homeland," educated by private tutors that were paid with lodgings alone. An extensive library of books were also at their disposal, however each year saw more and more volumes being sold. This impending poverty encouraged the Jules parents to leave the country before it's inevitable collapse.

The family relocated with the last of its funds in 1985, weeks before the nation ceased to be, to a tiny apartment in Brooklyn. Their proud and headstrong mother refused to admit they were poor and would often coldly encourage harsh competition between her children, dramatically but privately overplaying how little money they had and how terrible their drunken father was working himself to death. The twins took on any odd job they could, forming a competition out of who could earn more money in the week. However it wouldn't last; receiving no formal education the state ordered them to school. It was here the two finally brought a little prestige to the Jules family name. Elizabeth would become very interested in Mathematics but would also work on controlling and manipulating the people around her so that she could become more popular then her unbearable brother. She was able to start a career in stock trading before she reached age thirteen, earning a two hundred dollars a week for her family.

At age thirteen, the two remarkable twins were approached by a university when a news story ran in local papers and television stations. They were offered a chance at an exam and when both passed with flying colors, scholarships were provided for the pair. Their Papa and Mama were indeed proud, mostly because they were being underhandedly paid by the Dean was attempting to generate publicity and funding for the University. The twins were pushed together by this experience, which was the last thing they wanted, but being thirteen and at a university doesn't present much social interaction for peers. Elizabeth focused on gymnastics in her free time, but continued to work stock markets at this age.

It was three years later when their drunk of a father reportedly set the apartment on fire with a lit cigarette and a booze soaked rug. Their mother had been sleeping in the bedroom at the time and suffocated through smoke inhalation before her body were consumed by the flames. Now orphaned and aged sixteen, the two sued for Emancipation from Government Care using their inheritance and Elizabeth's savings from the stock market. They successfully won the case and continued study until graduation, where the two split and would not have further contact for fifteen years.

Elizabeth was immediately approached by Clement Technologies out of University and offered an internship. She carefully thought this over, before sitting down and creating her twenty or so year plan on being in control of one of the most prestigious technological companies in the world. From a lowly internship she climbed the corporate ladder up higher and higher, her charms being applied where blackmailing and power grabs could not. Using her slowly compiling power she lined up jobs for brother and even offered a freelance position, before the two were finally reunited when she had become head of Public Relations. The newly opened position of "Head of Biological Departments" was given to Charlemagne Jules. Elizabeth would often send personal notes with his paychecks, for her amusement.

It was during this final stage that she finally realized all along she was at a disadvantage; Super powered humans invaded a Gala invent showcasing a Genetic Manipulator and stole the technology while she stood idly by, unable to repel them. Soon afterwards she immediately dipped into Clement Tech funds and "bought" herself a treatment to give her metahuman abilities. She then went on to frame a Bliss Fokukama for the death of two of the highest Clement Technologies' Executives, positioning herself as the head of the company as a whole.

Elizabeth sought even more super human power, so she made sure Clement Tech had feelers in every market (legal or otherwise) of the world to acquire children or objects with unique powers. She went on to open a number of physics labs dabbling any and all forms of theoretical human performance technology, as well as a wide variety of genetics labs headed up by her twin brother. In her most recent actions, she's attempted to open a corporate branch in japan and set out a substantial reward for the safe return of her mutated twin brother, Charlemagne Jules.

Powers:

Jules compiled a unique power she developed in searing plasma. Unlike other physical blasts, her plasma can pierce most physical compositions like armor or block of concrete or ice. When she attacks an object nothing gets in her way unless it can keep plasma from passing through it distinctly.

Regeneration along with her durability keep her healthy enough to never miss a board meeting or hostile take over of a small start up.
