Miss Kale is typically seen in a stylish gray woman's business skirt and jacket. Her hair is pulled up in a tight bun held in place by two chopstick like stick things. She typically wears business shoes, rarely with raised heels. She is all about the business end of super villainy. She is always upright and proper in her manner, though rarely afraid to get down and dirty. She almost always has with her a clipboard/PDA. Her right arm up to the shoulder, however, is made of a strange and unidentifiable golden metal, intricately woven into machinery of almost impossibly complex beauty and design. Liquid moonsilver flows through the machinery, winding and twisting glowing paths in and around the components. The arm, it should be noted, has no apparent power source. A brilliant white orb of light rotates in the palm of her right hand. Most of the time, however, this arm is masked by a holographic field, making it appear as normal flesh and blood.

Personality: Miss Kale is a somewhat bland person most of the time. She is direct and up front. She is also conniving and manipulative. She lies often, but always does it with a heaping helping of truth to mask the lie nicely. She will frequently be upfront about the kind of stuff one would assume she would be best served keeping a secret, and squirrels away seemingly insignificant tidbits of info. Miss Kale is always planning. Strategizing. Working things to suit her own ends, even while seemingly cooperating with the plans of others. All this aside, she does have her manic moments. Kale can get quite caught up in the joy of inventing when the mood hits her. She almost always has some death machine in the works. She takes what she finds and makes use of it, finding inspiration in the smallest insights. Once she gets on a creative bend, there is little to deter her.

Perhaps most important about her personality is the fact that she is bluntly and openly genre savvy in everything she does. She knows the ins and outs of the typical superhero/villain genre. She not only understands the tropes and cliches, but strives to follow them to the letter. Building a super robot to rob the bank? It will have an intentional design flaw allowing it to be reprogrammed by even an uneducated hacker. Death trap to kill the super hero? Why, it is of course built to allow him to escape as soon as she leaves the room to let him die while she attends to not being in the room with the super hero so he can escape. There is not a villainous lair she has designed that did not have miles of otherwise unnecessary ventilation ducts for the heroes to crawl through and a big red self destruct button on the main power core. She is evil and she is competent, don't be fooled, but she is also systematic and intentional in everything she does to follow the tropes and trappings of the genre she lives within.

History: Miss Kale has always dreamed of being a super villain. She grew up in a world that not only had them, but embraced their necessary role in a society wherein super powered crime fighters exist. At the age of ten she arranged to have her parents murdered by a super hero as collateral damage during a showdown between a super hero and his arc nemesis. After the funeral she dispatched the villain and hero in a well orchestrated act of stereo typical revenge needed to give her credentials as an up and coming super villainess. If you must know, it involved a spoon, two buckets of lard, a Labrador retriever, and a '78 Volkswagen bus. At the age of 16 she enrolled in the Institute of Villainous Arts, earning a Bachelors degree in Nefarious Intent and graduating with honors at the age of 20. She later went on to Master in Nefarious Intent, graduating after a short internship during which she successfully took over the evil organization she was internshipping at. Following her receiving her MA, she worked a short while at building Kale Corp, a company dedicated to providing villainous assistance to rising super villains, when, during an entirely unneeded experiment with gama radiation and dimensional fatigue generators, she triggered a cliche dimensional cascade and was thrown rather unceremoniously into an alternate universe. Sadly, that universe was inhabited almost entirely by tribble like marsupials which proved entirely uninteresting to conquer, given their tendency to worship shiny objects, such as her right arm. Luckily for Kale, she discovered that the beings worshiping her as a goddess were made of a highly versatile form of super matter, which made for an excellent power source of a new and improved dimensional fatigue generator. After burning off eighty percent of the sentient beings in that world, she managed to recreate the portal that got her there. Kale discovered, however, that the new one led not to her own world, but the one in which this forum's RP setting takes place. She set about at once rebuilding her empire from scratch. Which is to say, where her story proper begins.

Powers: Miss Kale, for the most part, has no powers. She is very good with machinery, though. She invents machines of all kinds to serve her purposes, relying on Minibots in her home dimension to carry out her deeds. The minis are about the size of a house cat. They have a domed backs, roughly oval shaped, with extendable armatures hidden under beetle-wing like armored shells. The armatures come equipped with a wide array of tools, from saws to laser cutters to cameras and even holo emitters. The minibots themselves are very weak, having no combat value on their own. If she manages to get a whole bunch built, though, they can prove to be overwhelming. Most notably, each one is linked to her brain, allowing direct control if needed.

Her right arm, on the other hand, is her most powerful weapon. The arm was created for her on commission by a powerful artifactor known as Precise Workings in Gold. Precise Workings in Gold was a being from another universe entirely, able to capture the forces of magic and life essence and wield them to create magic artifacts rivaling those made by the gods. The arm she created for Kale allows Elizabeth to form a link with anything she touches, making the object a part of her very being. There are, of course, limitations. She can remained linked with a small number of objects for up to an hour after they leave her hands. She can form a indefinite link with a single object as long as it remains in contact with her right arm, though doing so precludes any other links, or she can form latent links to be activated later, which loose an hour of linked time for every day that they remain inactive. In addition to this, objects of simple construction, that is, ones that are not complex in design, are likely to be destroyed after the link is broken. More complex items can survive and be linked with again, though each linking damages the object. Linking with living tissue is also out of the question.

As mentioned before, linking with an object results in it being grafted into her very being. She gains complete and total knowledge of the object's working, as well as the ability to utilize it as if it were a part of her body and soul. While linked, damage to the object translates to excruciating pain to her, as well as the possibility of permanent damage to her mentally and emotionally if it is destroyed.

It should be noted that Miss Kale rarely every uses the arm, as she feels relying on it weakens her and provides a clear point on her being to direct attacks at. The best weapon is one you only have to use once. Also noted is that the arm itself is nigh indestructible. In the event of an atomic blast directly over Miss Kale's location, the result would be her dead and the arm unscathed, though it would likely vanish back to where it was created.

Miss Kale sighed heavily as the Headquarter's sirens blared painfully. She studied the readings scrolling across her PDA screen and sighed again.

He is early. Again. You would think somebody with the name "Lord Of Clocks" would be able to read one of the damn things. Lock off floors ten through forty-two and open the emergency accessways all the way to the main lab. Be sure the laser grids are on, and arm the auxiliary off-switches to trigger when he throws his pocket watch at the control panels.

The Minibot scuttling along next to her chirped an affirmative and started sending the commands out over the network. Miss Kale studied her PDA as the actions went into effect. Lord of Clocks would follow her route to the letter. They always did. For now she had to get to the main lab before he did, to make sure he got a proper welcome. She hurried off down the corridor.

The grate mounted in the ceiling flexed, then fell away as the Clock Lord himself dropped from the ventilation system, his gaudy cape flapping majestically as he fell. He landed and rose dramatically to his feet, turning to face Miss Kale, a throwing weapon shaped like the hands of a clock held tightly in his hand and ready to fly.

Hand over Pocket Watch, Kale, because-

My time has run out. Yes, yes. I know. Listen, you are interrupting a lot of very important work here. I told you to come at five. FIVE. Not twelve-thirtytwo. Now drop the stupid and clock hands and lets get on with this.

Lord of Clocks looked rather annoyed and somewhat put off by the interruption. The look changed, however, when Miss Kale keyed a command and the ceiling to the lab opened, a massive machine descending into the room. It was a giant laser gun pointed at a metal table to which Pocket Watch, a young lad in a costume matching Lord of Clocks', was securely fastened to. The laser whined as it powered up, the beam lancing out to strike the bottom of the table, below Pocket Watch. The gun began a slow tilt, inching the deadly beam towards the captive boy at a leisurely pace.

Holy slice and dice, Lord of Clocks! I'm going to be cut in two!

Yes. And you can only save him if you act quickly.

Lord of Clocks went to move, but Kale cut him off.

Of course, if you take the time to save him, then you won't have time to deactivate the missiles heading straight for the center of New Pandora City.

She keyed another button and a large screen activated behind the death laser setup. Clearly seen on it was a pair of missiles streaking across the sky, headed for the heavily populated metropolis. A countdown on the screen showed less than thirty seconds to impact.

Deactivating the missiles takes fifteen seconds, Clocks, and your sidekick has less than ten before he is cut in two. Make your choice.

The clock ticked down and the laser cut higher and higher. Lord of Clocks looked between his sidekick and the screen.

Forget about me, Clocks! Save the city!

I don't think so, Pocket Watch, I always have time to save the day.

Miss Kale mouthed the line as he said it, rolling her eyes. She was currently working on payrole figures on her PDA and wishing this could all be over as soon as possible. As if she didn't know how it would all go down. Lord of Clocks aimed and threw his clock hands at the laser gun, sending the weapon straight into the gear system that controlled its movement. The hands caught the gears, bringing it to a halt as he dashed across the room and entered the code to deactivate the missiles. The laser gun twitched and cranked hard suddenly, twisting up and to the side, cutting Pocket Watch's restraints and setting him free. Miss Kale finalized her notes and saved the file, looking up in time to catch Clock's punch in the face, rolling with it dramatically. The doors to the lab all opened and thousands of minis came pouring in, right on cue.

Holy reinforcements, Lord of Clocks! Looks like the cavalry has arrived!

Yes. The evil cavalry. Come, Pocket Watch, we shall deal with Miss Kale later.

Miss Kale thanked her lucky stars and waited for them to rush from the room, destroying minis on the way, before standing and brushing herself off. She deactivated the laser death trap and sent the command for a troupe of minions to go and fetch the downed missiles for later use. She checked the time and sighed. At the very least it freed up the rest of her day. Maybe she would have a nice dinner at that new restaurant in town. Her PDA chimed. She looked at it and sighed.

I'm on my way. Call Duck-king and tell him I have to reschedule our little final face-off for next Monday. Get me Deathskull on the line. Tell him the Highschool Heroes decided now would be a great time to attack the north compound and rescue their stupid pet alien dog thing.

She headed off, a busy day of super villainy ahead of her and a feeling she would have to postpone that nice dinner out yet again.

Well, as I tried to say to you earlier (and failed >.>), welcome to the site! I'mma hafta thank Tom later for apparently recruiting a ton more people. I think I'm going to side with Mind on this one, 'Cult. She reminds of an evil Winry from FMA. ^_^

The character app is pretty solid, though I do have a few issues with your power grid. I dunno if you've been told yet or not, but you only get 22 points to start, and each option in the grid can only be raised to 6 for a fresh character. To hit #7, you have to earn experience. So you might need to edit your grid a little. Take a point out of INT and another from elsewhere, and you should be fine.

Another point (more of a reccommendation, really) that I'd like to...uh...point out (?) is your current value for EP. Your character is a techie who, as you stated, "for the most part, has no powers". Yet you put a 6 in EP, which affects ONLY custom powers and the like. Granted, you might need a few points for that strange arm of yours (though it COULD be argued that it's more of an accessory than a power), the self-imposed limitations are MORE than enough to bring that value way down. Which would give you a lot more points for the other stats ^_^ Again, really just a suggestion. Do with it as you will.
