So my character Cilian Blanc AKA Black Tie, has recently settled in the great big city of New York, however being bit of a naive foreigner he somewhat missed the very obvious truth that he is not going to be the only gifted individual in the city that never sleeps.

Looking for 1 or 2 people to RP with and hopefully by the end of this little introductory adventure for Black Tie he could've either scored himself a worthy ally or a possible rival

I would also like to be a part of this, and soon we will both be thrones. Our abilities have extremely good synergy as well, it would be very confusing for an opponent to fight an ink manip and a shadow manip at the same time.
