Personality: Lulu is kind at heart, but distrusting and closed off. She rarely initiates interaction and keeps others at arms length. she prefers to avoid conflict if at all possible, and responds with rage and the force to back it when combatants refuse to leave her alone. she generally only uses her powers when backed into a corner, and prefers to be left alone. Though she she will use her powers to save people, she believes that all people are cruel and evil at their base.

History: Lulu was born in a lab and into captivity. Originally part of a U.S. secret project to create weapons to combat superhumans, the division eventually fell into more corrupt and even less accountable hands. The only viable test subject to survive, she was codenamed Lupe. Suffering through painful and humiliation experiments as her daily routine, she was endowed with the powers of telekinesis, telepathy, and the power to drain the life of others at will. These experiments left her body with many scars, and completely deprived her of her eyes as well as the ability to speak which were deemed non neccesary secondary functions.with the power to read thoughts and render anyone helpless with her telekinesis, even the most powerful super humans could do little against her. Having been brainwashed her whole life, she served her villainous master without question. The head of the Lupe Project simply left his work, stealing Lupe. who was now twelve, as he did. He used her for his own purposes, building his power and wealth and killing any hero that tried to stand up against him. during a four year period, Lulu murdered hundreds of people, many of whom were heroes of varying status, earning her an infamous reputation as a hero-killer and making her an object of hatred and grief. When she was sixteen Lupe had a mental breakdown, no longer able to follow or understand any command given to her.

Given that her mental powers were interwoven into her defect, her master was forced to return to the original lab to try and correct the problem by altering her body and powers. Eventually a group of good renegades caught up to him there, and without Lupe to guard him he was eventually killed in the ensuing battle despite having many tricks and powers of his own. The aforementioned battle destabilized the underground lab to the point of causing an explosive collapse, seemingly creating a new grave for the comatose Lupe. Her strange powers kept her body alive however, and eventually her mind mended itself together after a fashion.

Lupe regained consciousness when unearthed by government construction workers sorting through the mess of the lab one year later. She percieved them as threats when they tried to help her out, and she nearly killed them in an effort to escape. Her powers allowed her to force her way past even armed guards, so a naked young girl simply walked off a government compound. Though she was pursued for a time, she managed to escape and with little information to go off of the government couldn't stop her from simply blending into the crowd. She made her way from city to city, living as a homeless woman, as she still does now. she know longer holds any mental powers, save the ability to communicate telepathically. Her offensive power has drastically changed; now instead of draining life she overflows with it. Even so, she can manifest this into powerful raw energy as well as use it to replace her method of seeing. Her memory was fragmented, remembering only shards of her past life and deeds and even her own "name." Recalling part of what she was previously called, she took the "Lu" and gave herself the name "Lulu" since it was the only thing she was able to speak in people's minds for her first few days of new life. The repressed memories of her past life give her flashbacks and night terrors.

Powers: telepathic speech-Lacking any verbal form of communication, this is Lulu's only method of speaking. She can not read thoughts or even recall her own memories.

Life Energy: Lulu is literally overflowing with raw energy of life. This gives her a constant shield that enhances her durability, and can be manifested into powerful beams and blasts of pure energy. Since they are life by nature, she can always choose to make these attacks non-lethal. She also uses this to see around her passively as a sort of sonar, detecting life or lack thereof. Their nature makes these blasts especially dangerous to undead, or any other creature harmed by life itself. Since she's constantly radiating life energies anyone able to detect life would be able to see her like a spot light.

Character Image/Description: Lulu is short, skinny, and has long blue-black hair whose bangs are intrimmed and lower down over her eyes. Her eyes, or lack thereof, are hidden behind bandages. Her skin is pale, with scars dotting it here and there. Being homeless most of the time, her clothes are mostly practical and she is usually wearing a nondescript black zip-up hoodie and beat-up black boots.
