Personality:
Syrene is shy, yet is able to make friends quite easily. Though she has never yet been 'charmed' by any of the males with feeble flattery attempts about her looks. Sometimes she gives off the wrong vibes, but would rather have really good friends than a close relationship. She really doesn't desire to fight or kill anyone, but wants peaceful solutions to the worlds problems. She'd rather debate for months than solve an issue through violence.

History:

Mara had a fairly normal life, no tragedies or loss of loved ones. Though, she grew up in a world where violence was rampant and those with supernatural abilities or powers roamed the earth taking whatever they desire. She was born with the mutation gene but never harnessed this power until she was about 8 years old. When her dog had drowned in the pool, she miraculously brought it back to life. Though unable to explain how she did it, she couldn't use the power whenever she wanted, or others wanted her to. Gradually she perfected her power to heal others of their injuries. Though usually she wasn't able to revive those that had died of old age or overly fatal wounds.

As "a healer" she was sought out by many types of groups who wanted to use her in the military. Others wanted her in a hospital. She fled for her life a few times when some tried to force her to join a villainous group. Physically, she was not as strong as most and would normally be easy to capture but those that attempted weren't that quick to keep up with her when she was knowledgable about her hometown.

Now, she travels the country trying to save not only lives, but the world.

Powers:

Psionic Energy Shield: Syrene can project an Energy Shield surrounding almost any physical object. It protects whatever is within the energy sphere for as long as the shield can hold.

Healing: The ability to heal any ally or enemy of wounds or disease with rapid results.

Moral Boost: She can telekinetically reach out to an ally and boost his Speed or Strength by 2 Points just by being near them. Once the temporary boost is removed, she cannot use this power for 4 Posts. The moral boost cannot boost a character to a Level 7 Stat. Level 6 is the maximum level of boost.
