Personality: Damocles believes heavily in justice as a concept and believes that the idea of mercy on a criminal is wasted, though minor offenses may be forgiven if he believes the perpatrator to be repentant, anyone involved in a major crime will be attacked relentlessly. because knight-templar traits, he finds it hard to make friends, even with other heroes. He will work with other heroes so long as they they do not attempt to prevent the apprehension of his target. Damocles' views on justice could be summarized as "Apprehend and/or execute". When not in his armor Victor is much more laid back, this is because Victor and Damocles are entirely separate personalities. Victor could be surmised as Damocles' mercy.

History: Victor was part of a gang of street thugs in New Mexico who one day were hired by a crime boss to help with a raid at a privately owned chemical plant by acting as the distraction. All was going well until Victor was captured. The other gang members abandoned him and the facility's dark secret was revealed. They had been using live test subjects in an attempt to breed an army of super powered warriors who they would sell the the U.S. government. The compound they injected Victor with caused his body to emit an intense heat and light from his whole body, destroying most the planet and allowing him to escape. He returned to the gang and while initially they welcomed him, once they found out about his powers they began trying to use him as an enforcer. Eventually Victor had enough and tried to leave, but was forced to slaughter them all when they tried to stop him. Wracked with guilt over killing what had essentially been his family, Victor slowly descended into madness, struggling to figure out who -and what- he was. Several months later, he surfaced outside New York, looking for criminals to hunt as Damocles.

Powers: Damocles can emit blasts of concentrated heat accompanied by a blinding light from his palms, incinerating most substances in a matter of seconds. He can manifest this heat and light around most of his body like armor, but this is extremely tiring to perform, let alone maintain. He can emit the heat in a variety of ways including: a steady stream, a wave, a conical blast, a wall in front of him, or a circular zone roughly 10 feet in diameter around him. Similarly to the heat armor, the the zone is extremely tiring to maintain. While the armor and the zone both create immense heat, they have no effect on physical interia. In addition, he can channel heat through his specially made sword so long as he doesn't exceed 2500°F when holding it. As a consequence of this he is completely immune to damage from most heat sources.

Roleplay Sample: Damocles ran across the rooftops, leaping between each with little trouble, and anytime something got in his way, he simply put out his hand and watched it turn to dust. Damocles had been forced to spend almost all of his money on a suit that could tolerate the heat he could emit, even so, when he was going all out, he had to remove his gloves and coat or risk them disentegrating. When he first gained his powers, Damocles had no idea how to use them and was basically a walking bomb. However, once he learned to control his powers it was easy to direct them however he wished.
