What is a villain if not crazy?

Created as a failure science experiment, a pig with very high brain weight.

The Looks

A pig/human hybrid. Walks on two legs, but still hasn’t developed all the fingers on neither hands nor feet. Wears a suit and a tie, but no shoes. Pigtail sticks out of the back. Light pink skin, covered in almost invisible fur. Occasionally wears a lab coat and of course, a robe in the evenings.

The Legacy

Personality:
After his terrible youth and moths of horrible experiments, his mental state is very unstable. One moment, he would be normal, chewing on some newspaper, and the other he would be totally wacky. He cannot control this, but he is working hard on trying to. He is evil and a coward, but also pretty clever, and would work for the person from whom he could get the most benefits. He has an eye for details and has a good memory. He is polite when needed, and very gentleman-like to all lady pigs. You would mostly find him nibbleing on some good books- literally. A very good chemist and scientist, all in all.

History:
When he was little, his owner took him away from his momma in Slovaniakia and sold him to evil scientists, who opened his head and experimented on his brain. It tickled. But, their noisy machines made a mistake, and instead of increasing his smartness, they increased his crazyness. After starting to evolve as a human, locked in the dungeons, he was freed by the government, after they closed the illegal lab that was disguised as a bakery (people started being suspicious after they saw “bakers” stored apple jam in test tubes). He was out on the streets of Yew Nork, all alone, and had nowhere to go. So he started from the bottom. He slept on the streets, then got a job as a newspaper deliver man, and then joined a travelling circus. That got him to his mansion in the rural area of Yew Nork, with a secret pink lab in the basement. He is always accompanied by 1-3 of his pet pigs, Waddles, Murple and Joey.

The Powers and Weaknesses

(All characters can be as powerful as they want, as long as they are balanced with proper weaknesses.)
Powers

Power 1: Telekinesis- Ability to move objects with the power of his inhuman brain. He sends electromagnetic waves that surround an object and reflect back to the brain. Then, he can slowly moving his waves that will move the object with them. He cannot carry too heavy objects like buildings and airplanes, but he could move a truck. But, he can change a course of bigger items, like airplanes for example, and can interfere with their gadgets.

Power 2: Ability to read minds- With the power of his inhuman brain, he can send electromagnetic waves that can read vibrations of the brain, reading the minds of other people. Sometimes, few people’s brains would interfere, which could make it harder. If a person has a strong mind or metal close to their head, the reading will be foggy.
Power 3: Ability to do a pig scream- Summons local pigs that were in the area. Can take an extra turn until pigs come. 3 to 11 pigs will appear, and they will nibble on enemies. They do not deal a lot of damage, but they do annoy and get in the way.
Power 4: Ability to communicate to animals- With himself being an animal, Crazy Pigglet can understand animal talk and can persuade them to help him. Unfortunately, cats aren’t always the best companions…
Power 5:Super senses- With his pig nature, his ears are quite big, and his snout is quite flexible, so he can hear very well, even in a traffic jam, and he could sense food miles away
Weakness(es)

Weakness 1: Fire- he is afraid of fire and will run away from it. It is not good for all his fat. Also, he is afraid he will become bacon.

Weakness 2: Other electromagnetic waves can interfere his waves, making his powers impossible to do, and even making his pig scream harder to do. He’s brain is also weak against electromagnetic waves, and they give him terrible headaches.
Weakness 3: Steel or any other kind of valuable metal- If close to the head (helmet, headband, fake teeth, necklace) metals can interfere electromagnetic powers, making it much harder for Crazy Pigglet to attack his enemies.
Weakness 4: Scared of heights- Could be terrible if he has to battle up in the air.
Weakness 5:Being half human- Quite often, he can come to a misunderstanding with an animal, since his animal part is halved, which can cause him trouble.

RP Mechanics

RP Mechanic(s):
-For summoning abilities: Random number will be chosen, ignoring the situation and state of my character and opponent.
-For madness level: This can occur randomly during the battle, blocking some powers (mind reading, understanding language clearly) and making others stronger (telekinesis)

Items/Minions
A pack of 1-3 pigs, his family members (Waddles, Murple and Joey ) always accompany him, but never join him in battle nor deal any damage. They cannot be killed in battle.
