Costume:
Quantum wears traditional Cosmic garb. A white cotton shirt, decorated with a blue circle on the back. A blue silk belt with a large knot on the front allowing a peace of the cloth to come down in between his legs. And brown leather pants that fit tightly around his ankles, with white shoes that cover the end of the pants.

Personality:
Nine is a calm minded and laid back person. He is vary loyal and strong willed. Never allowing anyone to take advantage of his subordinates or leaders. His favorite color is Green. He loves the out doors, loves how it makes him feel free and how worries just disappear when in the wild. He works hard, and never slacks off, always giving 200% of his effort, yet is able to have fun, and joke around a little. Even tho some of his jokes are cheesy because he is 500 years old.

History:
Oh-R grew up in an ancient society called the Orrenths. These people where the protectors of the stone of light and darkness, and were endowed with the gift of the Cosmos to do so. Not every person in there society had the gift, only the chosen. The people that did, like Oh-R, became the protectors. They spent endless hours training and becoming skillful at there abilities. Never knowing when some one would seek the stone for its mystical powers.

Nine was ten years old when he swore to protect the stone. He enjoyed having the responsibilities that were upon him, and loved to gaze into the gold sphere. It always sat on an ivory pedestal in the middle of the temple, allowing the sun to beat upon it through the circular hole in the roof and walls, giving it a day long beating by the hot headed tyrant. The people told him that it had abilities. He often daydreamed about what the sphere could do. His imagination spun off, maybe it could give eternal life, or even make someone a God. But that is all it would be, an imagination, Orrenth law prohibited anyone to touch the stone. Many hours were spent gazing into it; it was usually met with a quick smack to the head and getting told to get back to his post. But it didn't stop him from trying, his thoughts seemed to go crazy every time he looked at it.

One day an intruder came in from the south entrance of the Temple. Etch door was protected equally, warriors that had several years of experience protected the outer doors, and the newer ones protected the inner doors. Some how the guards of the south gate were defeated with out a noise. Nine was the guard for the north inner gate. He seen something coming through what seemed like a dark tunnel, but he knew it was just the arch way that lead to the stone. It puzzled him for a moment, but the darkness sent a chill down his spine. "it is never dark in here, at lest not at 4 yan...", He thought, then sounded the alarm.

A flock of birds rushed from the temples peak as a gong was sounded. An intruder. The symbolic shock wave was sent through out the village. Warriors rushed to the massive building, spears and shields glowing meany colors. The energy flowed through each weapon with a force that is indescribable by human words, but they looked as if glowing and engulfed with fire.

The intensity increased as the temple seemed to get darker. Nine could hear the foot steps of the warriors not to far off, all he had to do is protect the stone for an instant. "Where are the other sentries?" He thought, then his hand began to glow just as marvelous as the spears and shields. The bright yellow energy let off a shine that made the darkness seem like nothing. Suddenly a spear flew at Nine from the south. He didn't see it till the last moment, but that moment was long enough from him to dodge. He leaped out of the way and shot a burst of energy toward the darkest part of the room. Assuming that was where the enemy lied. The gigantic wave of energy rushed toward the abyss, yet nothing happened, in fact, the wave seemed to disappear in an instant. Then it suddenly reappeared, rushing toward Nine. He jumped behind the ivory pedestal, seeking its strength. The yellow wave looked as if it gained power and speed at its reappearing. The blast hit the ivory tower, knocking the Golden sphere lose. But before it could touch the ground, Oh-R dived for it. Not caring about his body any longer. What would be the point if something happened to the Stone? He dived forward.

Pain engulfed his arms as they extended for the Sphere. The yellow wave rushed over them, burning and searing as it went. The stone seemed untouched and immovable as it headed toward the ground. Then it landed softly in Oh-R's hands. A rush of energy went into Nine's body, and echoed through the temple by the means of a rhythmical pulse. The colors filled the room; bright yellow, and orange, a dark blue and purple, then red and green. Every color seemed to bring a planet to the memory of Oh-R. The beautiful rhythm slowed, then quickly reversed. A cry from the darkness was heard, then the soldiers rushed into the temple to see light engulfing Nine. The room was quickly filled. The mob encircled him, seeming to forget about the enemy in the temple.

Before another thought went through Nines head, the light branched off in to hundreds of streams, heading toward each one of the heads of the warriors. The temple shook and the building collapsed, killing the enemy, but energy enshrined every one of the warriors and protected the massive group. Yet sent them into a state of hibernation, encasing them each in magnificent crystals.

Powers: Oh-R can manipulate Cosmic energy to the utmost level. He can shoot the energy from his hands. He even can create streams of the energy that extend as far as he wants and control them at will. He can use it as an extended arm or leg. Depending on the type of Energy he is using, and this depends on what planet he is focusing on in that moment, the energies effects will change.

They will change accordingly: When focusing on:

THE SUN
The energy becomes an extremely bright yellow. It's nature becomes destructive, almost seeking any living thing in the area to try and kill it with a heat that is like the sun's. Unless it is controlled that is exactly what it will do, even to the extent of coming after the user.

MERCURY
The energy turns to a Dark Red. Oh-R can chose to effect himself or the people around him with this ability. If touched or engulfed in this energy, one will become faster then normal. His powers might mature quicker then usual, and will become slightly more powerful. (I was thinking Speed and EP would increase by two stats...?) This is not a permanent effect. It will only last for 5 min after the connection of energy is severed between him and the energized. (IF used on himself EP will not increase, but the effects will be there till focus is shifted. Oh-R abilities can not mature any further)

VENUS
His energy will become a light green. The effects of it will give life to inanimate objects that are designed for said life. (Example: If the user carves a large wooden statue, and focus is given to Venus, life will enter the statue and it will do the users bidding as long as focus is given to Venus.) Also, the user can heal others and himself with this energy. Major wounds would take around 5-10 min. The energy can effect vegetation and wild life.

MARS
When focus is given to Mars, the user will become a brute. His strength, durability, and speed increase. There is no flowing energy that is seen, but a red aura covers him.

The Unique Connection: Training ground:
The unique Connection is created between two Cosmic users when one of them touches the others forehead with an energy charged hand. Then when removing the hand a steam of energy is continued, finishing the connection. This allows Cosmic users to travel the galaxy within there minds (without moving an inch). Or to enter a world that a user had built, for a specific reason. It may be used to calm a radical user and make his abilites useless in the physical world; but a hassle in the physic realm. (going in to this state puts the users body in a protective and meditative state).
When Connected: (THIS STATE WILL NOT SEE COMBAT; I felt it needed a grid in case he was attacked while using the connection.)
