Personality:Herd. Focused. At times he is brutal. He isn't very trusting and can be very scrutinizing. He will join teams though and he is always loyal once you prove to be loyal to him.

History: When a top C.I.A spy was killed in action the government knew it was a huge loss. So they took some of his D.N.A and cloned another spy like him. But this one could control lightning and summon mini-storm clouds. He could Run at super speeds. His name was Rhett Storms. THe government was using him as their own personal weapon. He didn't know they were taking advantage of him until a CIA agent Angelina Brandy tips him off. He leaves the agency and becomes a hero calling himself Ace Stormer.

Power:Lightning and storm control. His Mini-Storm Clouds or M-SC's are four feet long and wide. They project lighting and rain.

Roleplay Sample: "Target Locked." The robot drone buzzed. Ace dodged a plasma blast at the last second and shot a lightning bolt at the drone. The energy crackled from his finger tips and struck the robot exploding it into pieces. Ace Stormer was in the governments training facility preparing for a big mission. He was going after drug dealers who were black mailing the government with files they had on a secret project which they would release if the government tried to take them down. Ace is sent out and quickly puts down the dealers and retrieves the files by releasing two M-SCs into the building and letting those do the work.

Thats ok. The tornadoes are used to distract his enemies. The rain does no damage either
