Personality: Mark is a very laid back easy going kind of guy and at times he can be what you would call flirtsy. He isn't easily angered because he is so laid back, but he is also very curious which can get him into some sticky situations.

History: News had spread around the school that a local lab had been experimenting with new ways to power entire cities one of which ways was with lighting. Hearing this made Mark a very curious teenager, and gave him idea's of what he would be doing later that night. So he snuck out of his room and into R.A.M. Labs. Mark wasn't exactly sure what this was short for, so it certainly wasn't about to stop him. Once in he found the exact lab in which they were running experients with this black lighting. It stunned him he was in awe as he looked through the window in this room made entirely out of glass, but Mark wasn't paying attention to his surroundings he was spotted by a security guard. Mark took off and about that time a bolt of lightning got loose and struck Mark in his Achilles tendon tripping him up. He was caught by the security guard and ended up in jail over night to teach him a lesson. The next morning Mark noticed that everything seemed to run in slow motion. Over the next week he finally realized he had amazing speed as well as t he ability to harness and shoot this black lighting he had seen in the lab. Over the next three years Mark picked up on his powers and learned how to control them, he later dawned the name The Dark Blurr putting his powers to good use fighting crime.

Powers: super speed can move up to
250 mph , also has the power to harness electricity and either transfer it into another object or shoot it at another object. The electricity he shoots also has a black look to it. The damage can range anywhere from getting struck by a power line or grabbing hold of an electric fence, it is a very hot electric energy so it can burn things quite easily.

Character Image/Description: The Dark Blurr is a medium sized muscular man, his tights are black with a red lightning bolt in the center of his chest and on his back and he also has a full mask with red lightning bolts for the eyelets. Out of costume he usually wears nerdy attire, comic books, scifi, etc. He has brown hair brown eyes and a tan complection.

Also, as a human... how is he powered? Is he a "Super" human? I really do wish that was more straight forward.

True, but still. Needs to be fixed, pretty please. :]

Well, everything is looking better. Would you mind changing his title? instead of the examples, have it say "The Blurred Bullet" or something cool like that? <3

But, when using your description for his costume, why have an image? Is it just for what it would look like over his body? Why not have the image turned black and white? That way you can tag your description to the outfit and let people imagine what his attire looks like?

And what would your character look like out of costume? :]

Okay... after you've fixed those things, how about his powers. You've explained how he can use them, and etc.. but how much damage can occur? Is it like a tazer or...? Is it alike to sticking a fork into an electrical socket? Or, peeing on an electric fence? You need to explain how much damage the shock can cause. You would also need to explain other things like:

Can it knock an opponent out? Does it leave a welt on their skin? Does the additive of water make the effects greater?

You need to think ahead when it comes to powers like this..

But, if you can give me some more detail like I've shown you in examples, then I'm sure you can be approved. :]
