Can you explain a bit deeper with the stats and energy use (or Projection rule that I just saw)?

Well, stats determine how powerful you chars are, You may or may not have seen the stat equivalents but here they are. http://superhero-rpg.forumotion.com/t2587-power-level-equivalents
The new EP rule is that, if you want a char who has a strong whatever manipulation (6 EP stat) and a minor transformation, a second bar can be used for the second power, but this only works for EP. Also, feel free to come to the c-box, as most of the time, there is many people to help out, especially mods.
