Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Re: Legends
Real Name: Orpheus
Super Hero/Villain/Renegade/etc Name:
Title: The World’s greatest musician
Alignment: Neutral
Age: 30
Gender: Male
Race: Demi-God
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Height: 6’
Weight: 160 lbs.
Personality: Orpheus is the best musician ever, and he knows it. He holds his music in high respect and loves the arts in general. He will get somewhat mad if someone disrespects music in general, especially his art. He does enjoy adventuring to a degree and is often a peace keeper with groups and in touch with nature. He is generally a very helpful soul.
History: Orpheus is said to be the son of the mortal Oaegrus, A Thracian King, and the Muse Calliope. He once met with Apollo, who liked Orpheus and gave him a lyre and then taught him how to play it. He was part of the Argonauts and helped them get past the Sirens all why keeping their spirits up. Afterwards, he met his love, Eurydice but she soon was bitten by a snake and died. Orpheus traveled to the underworld and played so beautifully, Hades said he would let him leave with her if he didn’t look back on the way. Unfortunately, he did look behind at the end and saw his love fading away. He decided to stay in the forest for the rest of his life playing sad music. He is said to have died by being torn apart by women.
Powers: Orpheus’s “powers” come from his golden lyre whose music is said to be so good that it can affect things around him, even stones and sticks. A myth says that when some were throwing sticks and stones at him, they stopped dead in their tracks while he was playing and he can even hypnotize people to stop what they are doing, but only one at a time. His music is generally liked by all, and can have positive effects on the mind and body. His lyre playing skills could probably be best described as a music-activated empathetic magic. His magic changes the mood of animals and he can get them to help him, and even plants to do the same. Depending on the type of music he is playing, he can get people’s mood to somewhat change to that, i.e. depressing music make people sad. Orpheus’s music can tune out other sounds, and even sounds with magical effects. Orpheus can play well on almost any other instruments too, but not with “magic” quality. In addition, being a demi-god gives Orpheus near perfect physique.
Items: A magical golden lyre given by Apollo. It's abilities are described mostly in powers.

Re: Legends
My Robin Hood is a bit different...
Real Name: Robin Hood
Super Hero/Villain/Renegade/etc Name: Robin Hood
Title: Prince of Thieves
Alignment: mostly Neutral
Age: 36
Gender: M
Race: Limey
Hair: Dark blond and brown
Eyes: Blue
Height: 6’1”
Weight: 175
Costume Description/Image:
Personality: Selfish, scoundrel, liar, drunk, womanizer and of course, thief. These words can all be used to describe Robin of Locksley, the real Robin Hood. He is a far cry from the champion of the people that the tales have made him out to be. Though he still opposes tyrants, it is only because they seek to take away his freedom, though it may also have to do with the bit of wild nature inherited from his father. The only poor he’s ever given to himself. Charity was more the merry men’s shtick when they were around, than it was his.
He may be a certifiable bastard, but he is certainly not without charm and social graces; he could not really be the folk hero he is if he were. In fact, he’s talked his way out of more situations than he has fought his way through. They don’t write ballads about talking, though. His charm is best described as equal parts drunken swagger and flamboyant bravado. One look into his eyes betrays some sort underlying maniacal brilliance.
History: Robin was born in Locksley, but conceived in Sherwood Forest. His mother being a human, and his father being Herne the Hunter, supernatural guardian of the forest. He was raised by his mother alone which was frowned upon in his time, but he never cared much back then what others thought anyway. His mother often told him that they were better poor than dead; it was something that never sat right with him. Robin always wanted for something more. It was this want that would keep in his life of banditry, though the events that forced him into the life were unheard of elsewhere; places he could have lived comfortably without fear of the law.
When he was 15 Robin went to try his luck at a carnival’s archery contest. He was sure he would win due to his nearly supernatural accuracy with a bow, but a few local thugs mocked him for his age and the fact that he was fatherless. Robin made a sizeable bet with the men that he would win the contest, and when he did, the men refused to pay. They instead decided to attack him for the expensive bow the contest awarded him. Robin killed the four men where they stood, and ran off to Sherwood forest to escape the law. It was there he met his father, who was unfortunately on his deathbed. His father explained who he was to Robin, and what gifts the boy inherited from him. Robin was not sure why, but he believed the man. He could not, however, live the life his father begged of him. There was no way he would content himself with being some mystical guardian of nature living off the land. He wanted something more. It lead to him using his abilities to rob wanderers. Not the poor though. Never the ones who actually needed it. He could not bring himself to be that low.
Eventually, his legend grew, and others sought to join him. These became his merry men. The rest is history.
21 years have passed since then. Robin Hood’s gang of thieves has since left him, tired of allowing him to take so much of the credit. He received a pardon years ago. It allowed him to stay in Nottingham with Maid Marian, who has also recently left him. He now lives off his reputation, floating from tavern to tavern while making no attempts to truly settle down. The towns folk are growing tired of him, and lately it’s as if Sherwood forest has been calling him back.
Powers:
Forest Walking: Robin can walk into one tree and out of any other that he can fit through. Once he goes through a tree, everything appears to be inverted in color. He can see and hear all that happen around him, but not interact with it in any way. While in this state he has five minutes to find and exit through another or he will simple be instantly pulled back through the original one. He can only bring one other person through with him at a time. He can do this any number of times, though it does get tiring, especially if pulling others through.
Heightened abilities: supernatural accuracy with a bow, and proficiency with a sword, as well as heightened, animal like reflexes.
Power Grid: (You have 22 points to spend on your Power Grid unless you can fly, in which case you have 20. Each stat can start at 6, not 7. 7 must be earned.)

Bump the sword down to four and you're good to go my man.

Nice. I like the tree walking, and your spin on him.

Re: Legends
Ok. Well there are six of us, so I'mma bust this bad boy into two threads. Now to think of a decent plot to cover it...
Originally it was going to be, King Arthur turned evil, and sided with his sister, who then used her powers to call forth more evil from all kinds of other myths. Merlin, after having seen a loss to the powers of good, used a similar spell to call heroes.
I was then going to have, each group go through a quest or maybe a few, and then maybe switch up heroes. But with two threads, I think I'd need to add to it... Maybe someone like Loki, added another group, to cause Chaos in the land. Hrmm...
Any suggestions?

Re: Legends
@The Ranger
Since Morgan Le Fey is already in on it, I'd like to pick someone from a Legend other then Arthurian. Though, Morderd will probably make an apperance.
@Dynamic
Black Beard would be quite fun. I'll keep him in mind.
@Sean
How is it that the broad sword is powered by Int?
Also, one line "Even claiming to have trained the Shinobi warriors, though she denies having done so."
I'm sure it's just a typo, but it doesn't make sense as is. Hahaha I know what you mean because of reading the Alchemist series, where she is used heavily though.
