Okay, the problems with the powers I see so far are two simple points. First, enhanced senses requires EP and if you want to be good enough to be able to track people it'll take at least two so you'll need to adjust things accordingly. Second, for your character to have "Detective" skills I'd say he'd need at least four or five INT to pull that off without it seeming awkward so I'd either drop the mention of the skill or bring up his INT.
