Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Re: Deluge in New York, once again.(open)
Sean sighed deeply as the man took a hostage. This was not going to help his case in the least. Eyes quickly darting over to Nightkill as he changed into a scorion, which was odd. Causing him to double back, quickly making some distance between them. he had heard of a scorpion before, and that person had one name attached to that visage. It was Nightkill, a villain he had heard of once before. Since he was a villain, that meant Sean had to defeat him right? He was supposed to be a hero afterall. He was a villain Yet he was trying to stop a robberry? That made no sense, and was only more confusion for him.
Quickly his eyes darted around, giving the simple command. As water condensed form the air, spouted from any opening as it began to rapidly flood the store. Slickening the floor, and quickly reaching Sean, and Nightkill. Going upto his knees, but not rushing out the door. Though the water didn't soak Sean in the least. It caused the people to react as he expected, turning to see the scorpion, and panic ensued.

The police officers started panicking, and some of the ones who remained relatively composed turned their attention to the one who had no water around him, him being the most suspicious and all. However, Adrian simply smirked, "Outclassed... me? Never" and with that, ejected all five tear gas capsules from his belt buckle and threw them, filling the room with a heavy cloud of tear gas which he was, luckily, immune to.

Nightkill blinked, surprised, but closed his eyes to limit the effect of the tear gas. Now, let's see...
Electricity is everywhere. Every second, electric currents run through our own bodies. Using his electrokinesis, Nightkill was able to weakly feel where everything was. He sensed the robber, and also sensed the other boy who had flooded the room.
An advantage. Everyone was wet. His electric powers would be amplified, but also de-stabilized. Luckily, a man as intelligent as Nightkill (He smiled somewhat arrogantly when he thought this) could control the effects. He fired a monstrous lightning bolt at the robber, it's power greatly amplified by the water everywhere. He wished he could see so his aim would be more precise, but he was confident.
