Purpose:
-||> To House OCEAN Operatives.
-||> An Infirmary for OCEAN Operatives.
-||> The Place Where Operatives Plan And Meet for Meetings.
-||> A Secure Location that Is Only Allowed Access With a Genetic Keycard.
-||> Central Command For Future OCEAN Bases Around the World.

The Philippines.

Outside Appearance
The building is actually a revolution against time itself. Sai had took the time to get the money she needed to make a proper home for her team members in OCEAN. After getting a couple million, the invested her time and brain to create this futuristic home eons before it's own time. The corridors and the place is all genetically encrypted, star-dust powdered, nanite-walls. There are special statues that will attack when there are intruders. There is the nano-lazer that can cut through flesh. Many booby traps line the halls if the intruders intend to cut through the place. It is secure, it is the place, the people of OCEAN called home.
Located deep within the forest in the tropical phillipines, it's located on an Oasis completed in view when conquering the deep forest in the canopy of thrush and wild life. Readily, it seems like the person had stepped into another world.. a world which they would never truly experience because by the time they get to the front doors without the special genetic encryption card they'd probably end up dead.
