Personality: Amelia has a very evident psychotic streak in her, the very notion of normalcy is preposterous.  Amelia is a plotter, a stalker, and generally a not nice person. She will do what it takes to get what she wants with ease. She has fixated obsessions on people she deems necessary to kill, and will go as far as to stalk them.

History: Amelia was raised by parents that had many mental issues of their own. It was not a very good household to be raised in. Amelia showed signs of her craziness at an early age, her third grade school teacher was the first to witness it. Amelia had cut the ears off the class pet bunny while everyone had been away at lunch. She was then put in special classes that strove to try and give her education and make sure she didn't cause problems. Her parents were told to get he help, but they refused and called her perfectly normal.

She had had only minor issues while in grade school, but upon reaching middle school, she became much more violent. She actively hurt other students, often making them bleed. She acted out towards teachers as well. The final straw came when she tried to light the school on fire, and she was taken from her home and put into a halfway house. She was there until she was twenty, and was released to go back into the world. She had behaved herself there, knowing that it was more likely for her her to get out if she did. It was here she found that she could do interesting things with her voice, namely a scream that caused people to be momentarily stunned. This was a fun game for a while, but she quit using it after she started to get into some trouble.

It was then when she started her obsessions with people. She would follow them for a long time, then get close to them, enough to get them to trust her so she could kill them without much trouble.
