Personality: Very intelligent, but amoral and ruthless. Lev is extremely protective of his work, and will go to any costs to continue, perfect and protect it.
History: A scientist during the Soviet Union, Lev started out working with computer technology as it was beginning. After the fall of the Soviet Union, he continued doing so for the Russian Federation. In 2017, AI technology started taking off, and Lev was at the forefront of this technology. However, AI research was banned under international law when an AI went berserk in Tokyo, killing a dozen people.
Of course, many governments continued research any way. Lev lives in Siberia, fiercely protective of his work.
Powers:
Intellect Gun: A gun firing green energy blasts. It is named because the strength of the blasts varies depending on the intelligence of the person holding it.
Power Grid: (You have 22 points to spend on your Power Grid unless you can fly, in which case you have 20. Each stat can start at 6, not 7. 7 must be earned.)

END: 1 (He is a normal 67 year old man. He's quite fragile.)
