Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)

I'm pretty new to the site and since my character barely speaks english I was wondering if someone could help teach him how to properly function in america along with helping to hone his powers since they currently react without warning e.g. if he tries to snap his fingers to a song or clap he creates a small scale explosion. I was thinking for a meeting he would be attempting to buy some food in a store but the only money he has are Russian rubles and he has an extremely hard time conversing with the people there. How they learn about his power is that when he gets upset and slams his fist onto the counter the top layer explodes and he runs away in a panic. His intelligence is above average so he should be able to grasp language easily if someone is willing to teach him.
