Wild Talents

No, I'm not looking to run it with you people. (not right now, anyway)

As some of you know I GM'd a game last night, and in that game I borrowed (stole, actually) a few characters from the site to use as NPCs. Those who had their characters stolen wanted a summary of the sessions events. Probably so they can read about just how violently their characters got killed or something. I'm a lazy jerk, so don't expect much from this.

Let's start with the cast.I'll write their stats out here for you guys later but I don't have the character sheets on me right now. It's not like you could make sense of them anyway.

and now onto the things that happened

The Things that Happened

- The city was in the middle of a heat wave.

- The Miskatonic (hurr hurr) Museum of Artifacts was having an unveiling ceremony for a bizarre and ancient tablet written in an indecipherable language that was discovered during a dig at a construction site in Salem.

- Museum requested a few police for security. So after fucking up something that turned into a hostage and talent situation, the chief assigned Fire Cop.

- Abe was simply there because it was open to the public and he needed to escape the heat.

- Fire Cop recognizes Abe as the telekinetic talent that was holding hostages. There is a big problem here: that talent died. He goes to question him. Unfortunately...

- Here come the bad guys! Guns blaze in a quick display of dominance as Elena makes her intentions known. Abe makes the mistake of making eye contact with Malice. Passes stability check.

- Head villains go off towards the room with the tablet leaving Reaper's 20, thats right 20, soldiers in the entrance with all the people.

- Of course the PCs fight the red shirts.

- Elaine jumps through the wall mid fight, tells the gay couple to keep doing what they're doing as she goes for the big guns.

- after dealing with the mercenaries, Abe's right arm is near useless.

- PCs go onto the next room to find Reaper gloating triumphantly over an unconscious Elaine to himself and a couple more soldiers who laugh nervously.

- Fight is ended ridiculously quickly. Fire cop takes out red shirts with fire and Abe OHKO's Reaper with a ridiculous roll. But not before Mr. Reaper manages to pump some lead into Fire Cop's torso with his twin Uzis.

- Fire Cop checks to see that Elaine is alive and carries her unconscious body to a hallway off to the side he deemed safe

- PCs come to the salem room to find Elena drawing power from the tablet while Malice stands guard.

- Big fight. Malice vomits bugs everywhere and bleeds a thick black substance when hit.

- Abe takes out Malice. Fire Cop destroys tablet and kills Elena. Abe's whole right side is useless.

- Elaine is now conscious and tells the players that they can be her sidekicks even though they're gay. They decline. She leaves.


The End


Best part: Fire Cop's player's facial reactions to Elaine's babbling.

Worst part: Reaper getting taken down so quickly.

I love what you did with my character for your game, Rinne. I do however feel absolutely useless and will go to take a manly shower in a little bit. I cannot wait to hear how things go at the next game. Hope the night was fun. Wish I could have been there to make a Mr. Miracle rip off.

Are they going to join the site to see the real Elaine now?

I'm angered to see I wasn't stolen.

Maybe someday, Zaboo, but right now it's looking like there might not be another session. Fire Cop is transferring to a different school that's a million miles away or something like that.


They'll probably come read Elaine threads but I doubt either one would be interested in joining.
