History: Victoria was a US military solider, who showed a lot of promise strategically and when out on the field. She quickly rose through the military
ranks. She was promoted to a special operations task force after 1 year in service. Her and her team would go on missions other soldiers wouldnt even dream about going on. She traveled the world on missions and would always return with promising results. But one day it went sour. one of the men in her team ratted them out and they were all taken hostage. One by one her men were cut up and shipped home, until she was the only on left. The hostile nation they were captured by streamed her slow death as the cut up up piece by piece. They cut off her hands and threw them in a fire, and was soon followed by one of her legs. They cut her up and sent what they didnt burn back home. The military mourned they lost of Victoria. However a general in the army hatched an idea. He contacted many scientist to work on a special project, bring a body back to life and creating a super solider. A fake body was placed at her funeral and her real body was taken to a hidden government lab. Years they worked on her. They implanted a chip in her head which gave the brain signals to keep the body alive. Her hand were replaced with weapons and they gave her a spider like pair of legs and self repair nanobots where placed in her blood stream which constantly repair her body at an alarmingly fast rate.. In total they placed her back together. Then the day came to reactivate her. They gave her life and she was pulled back from the dead, but not with out consequence her mind, which was once kind and loyal was now twisted and sadistic. She was in constant pain, her voice and breathing are always labored but the chip in her head and the nanobots keep her alive. She killed everyone in the building and escaped to let the world feel her pain.

Powers:
-Cybernetics & Nanobots: They run through out her body and give her heightened strength, and a regenerative factor
-Arm cannon: Her arm cannon shoots a beam of energy that is created by a mini nuclear reaction with in the gun. The gun be fired like any other gun but it can also be charged to shoot a more powerful beam. However the longer it's charged it long it takes to cool off (1 post cooldown)

She needs higher speed if the robot legs give her higher speed.

removed the robot legs as a power, dont have the skill points to place in speed

This line doesn't make sense to me. Other than that I don't really see any major problems with the application, seems decent enough to me. Just know that since your arm cannon is powered by technology and not EP, its capabilities and usage are more limited.
