I would like this to become a quest for my Villain, The Cannibal, to be introduced to his new addiction. He has only consumed regular Humans up to this point, they give him enhanced abilities and stop his aging .I would like him to eat a Meta human and find that he actually obtains some of the consumed Meta humans abilities for a short period of time. This new revelation will obsess him and he will actively seek out heroes to eat, like a drug addict seeking his next fix.

Since the current RP environment does have any expendable heroes currently, I would like to create an NPC hero for the sole purpose of eating them. Probably a young new hero still unsure of how to be a hero, and an easy target.

I don't think it's fair for a brand new character to gain power by eating people. Even if it is only for a short time period, you'd be practically gaining free power points on top of your already 22 grid. Which instantly puts you at a advantage over any other new character, and ties or lets you surpass people who actually worked to get to their power points.

I'd be okay with it if it were just for a quest, but it's your character and I assume that you plan to keep using after this quest. Which would mean you would keep still have the power. And I really don't like the idea of your character getting a free power that practically gives you powerpoints. It's not fair. Maybe if it was an NPC, but for an actual character this breaks several rules.

Brief time or not, it's still free points from a free power. Which is against the rules.

The power you are requesting was never listed in your application. The only way you could gain that power is by gaining Energy Projection points and stating that they are for acquiring powers by eating other people. Energy projection is split between powers, and this power was left out of the initial application.

Your current EP score is 4, broken up with 1 for senses and 3 for regeneration. Raising it to 5 would allow the split to go 1 senses/3 regeneration/1 Power duplication. This would increase on until 7 EP.

This is the only way it could happen.
