Personality: Carefree and bubbly. He never misses a chance to joke around. Always looking on the bright side of things. Feircly loyal to anyone he calls master. Going as far as to kill anyone he considers a threat. Though he takes no pleasure in killing. Has sort of a problem with showing his affection. Somewhat cold to people he just meets. Though inside hes really sweet.

History: He was born to Arleene and Michael Suede. A happy and innocent child
. Nothing really special about him. Till one day he was somehow struck by lightning. Doing what seemed to be absorbing the eletrical energy. Even though he hoped noone saw it. Someone witnessed the strange event. A man from a mystreious government project. Bent on creating superhuman soldiers. Not long after that his parents were killed and he was inducted into the program. As many experiments were performed on him. Augmenting his original power as well as toughining his body. While retainig his slim figure. Skin and muscles able to laugh off bullets. After four long years of grueling experiments. His once great intellect was lowered, though his reflexes marginally increased. On the outside he is a loyal superweapon, but internally he is looking to punish those who did this to him. not long after him escaping from the project his powers somehow began to morph. Changing into something else. Due to a serum injected in him that was made to slowly affect his powers.

Powers: His former power was lthe ability to project lightning. though now his body has gone over a new sort of change. Due to a serum Project Perfection injected him with.He has the ability to now change into anyone he desires. Replacating their voice and mannerisms. Though he cant copy their stats or powes. Also he has enhanced senses.Though his skin has become weaker. Reflexes increaing exponentially.
Last of all he has the ability slightly change his body.Making him stronger, and more durable.

Things that can hurt him:Armor peircing rounds, Fire, punches from powerful opponents(Pain, Sul,ect) Powerful ep attacks, High int weapons, he pretty much has powerful skin, but still has 6 end so whatever hurts 6 end

He doesn't need to list everything that can hurt him, it's not a power to be able to stop bullets, his skin if just so durability bullets cant pierce it. Anyway, this application looks ready to approve, history and personality could use some work but its acceptable. Approved and Moved.
