Gluttony's speed can go up to 7 if rolling, but... that would give Gluttony 26 stat points in total. Still, that isn't the real problem here... I'd like to know what Gluttony's normal speed is. Not when rolling. Would his speed be 3 at normal? 4? I think it'd be helpful if you'd just give him a set number for speed.

I understand but gluttony is incredibly fat walking is taxing for him he can only move at 1 sp[eed while walking and the whole increased speed by rolling is counteracted by the one fighting skill meaning he has to stop before rolling in a new direction leaving plenty of opputunity's for you to attack please post again if you have further complaints or questions

Now that you've toned down their strengths I can just about approve your quest and let you all get started, I just have something to say about two of the projects.

For Gluttony, I don't understand how he goes from moving 6-8 MPH, to 300-500 when he rolls. I really think that he should either have a faster base speed or a much slower rolling speed. Also about his FS. With 1 Fighting Skills, this guy should be getting hit by just about every attack and should have a fighting style like a child's. If you didn't already expect him to be like that, I suggest putting some points into FS if you take off some from your 7 SPD.

As for Envy, theres nothing you have to change I just want to clarify that you can only take and adjust your physical powers. This means you can only replicate someones strength, endurance, and I'd say speed as well.

Anyway, as soon as these are dealt with I'll reapprove your quest and let you guys get started. I don't have the time right now to join this quest myself, but I will be moderating it for you. If theres any godmodding, meta-gaming or something just really stupid I'll be there to help you out.

EDIT: One last thing, remember that it is against the rules to destroy parts of New York. I'm not saying you have to sit around and have a tea party with eachother, just don't go overboard and drop nukes everywhere .
