Personality: Walter is a man of very little emotion, he will hardly show any sign or rage, happiness, or content unless pushed too far which is only the use of his illusion abilities masking his true emotions while still calm. He prefers to keep to himself rather than searching for beings to keep company with. He will use trickery and and kill those who pose a threat completing his missions.

History: Walter was born a completely normal human being, normal that is... in the "special" kind of way, as a young child Walter always seemed to be where he was not, whether he was playing a children's game such as hide and seek, or whether a teacher was lecturing him. Truth be told, Walter was actually born with a minor power of illusion, this all changed when on an expedition Walter witnessed a meteor shower, one of the meteors landed far closer for comfort than Walter had wished, landing no more that 30 feet from him. As he approached the meteor he realized it emitted a light blueish glow, he wished to inspect the meteor closer so he made his way into the crater to view it far closer. Upon touching the meteor it imploded, shooting out a blue smoke which flowed through Walter's arms into his body. The smoke changed him, he was no longer a human being. The contents of the meteor greatly raised his illusionary skills as he was able to completely disappear from someone's sight, and still have them believe he was standing right in front of them having a conversation. With his newly found powers in hand, Walter simply disappeared from the world, and began traveling appearing to he chose however he pleased. But he still wears a large cloak over his body, so that he may hide the symbols engraved upon his body by the mysterious contents of the meteor from ever peering eyes.

Powers:
Illusion Mastery: Has the ability to create amazing illusions, as well as easily see through other illusions as though the illusions weren't even being used. His illusion's alter what the brain see's and sends to the rest of the body. If the brain were to see a brick flying towards the body and truly believe that the brick was a real brick, the force of the belief in the object forces the illusion to become a material object, the question is not when did he start using his ability, but when did you start believing he was NOT using it.

Low INT (0-2)
-Cant tell illusion from reality, but people with 2 INT may see somthing small that isn't quite right and realize that it's an illusion
-Their brain will interpret illusion as reality (like the matrix)
-objects within Illusions can hurt them

Med INT (3-4)
-Illusions are difficult to tell from reality
-objects within Illusions are partially physical, but breakable with force

High INT (5-7)
-Illusions will only fool these people once
-Objects within the illusions aren't physical at all

Just a few points; Are you illusions Ghost objects or can they affect things and people? Secondly, how do your illusions react to very high intelligence characters? Could they be realised as being fake? Do they disappear afterwards or do they stay for however long you want them?

Beside the problems with the powers needing a bit more defining, I think overall he's a good character.

Simply edit in the line about the flawed illusions, and I don't think they whould be able to stack. You're powerful enough without adding ten Illusion characters.
