How He Looked as a Human:

As a human he was is tall, 6'1" a little on the skinny side, but surprisingly tone for a science nerd. His hair was cut short, almost militaristic, the top was a little longer than the sides and spiked up with hair gel. Typically he wore a white lab coat with a white dress shirt under, along with a black tie, and black dress pants and dress shoes. He enjoyed looking professional, and most women found him attractive, in a nerdy kind of way.
Now:
A solid silvery humanoid shape with no facial features.

Personality:
Despite his rather cold and professional look, he is a rather caring man. He places scientific discovery above his own life, and in pursuit of his goals, he had joined Galaxy Labs, a company who, behind the scenes, is known for doing less than ethical work. He is a man who will break a few eggs to make an omelet, for he is always looking towards the future.

History:
His father had already retired from being chief of medicine at a very famous hospital in California, known for treating A-List celebrities, when Thomas was born, and had moved on to politics. His mother was a trophy wife, still in her early twenties when she had him.

Right from the start his father groomed Thomas to be an outstanding physician, while his mother spent her days getting drunk by the pool and having sex with the help when her husband was at work.

By the age of 12 Thomas had already proven himself to be a super genius. Despite begging his father to allow him to remain in normal school so that he could have relatively regular childhood, he spent his evenings completing University credits. When he finally graduated High school, he already had enough credits completed for both the Doctorate in Medicine, Biology, and Chemistry.

All that was left was for him to choose a single profession to go and intern with, so that he could become fully licensed. His father pushed for him to be a Physician of course, but Thomas resisted. He wanted to help people, but there was so much more he could do with his ideas, rather than just fix broken bones, and prescribe cold medication to some running noses.

His end game plan was to develop the technology so that one could genetically modify humans while in the embryo stages, so that one could eliminate genetically deficiencies, make children that were immune to cancer, and so much more. Thomas could see it, no longer would babies be born with a hole in their heart, or conjoined to another child, which would cost one or both their lives, they would be spared the hardships.

But most places that were willing to fund the research wanted more, they wanted to be able to choose the babies' hair colour, skin colour, eye colour, make children smarter, stronger, faster. They wanted to charge people to make a "perfect child." The Medicine took a back seat to what they wanted to do.

After weighing the evils, he took the offer by Galaxy Labs, they seemed the most well equipped for his research, with the most resources available.

It took five years; far less than anyone predicted, but he did it. He successfully altered the DNA of an embryo, the mother had Huntington's Disease, and when the embryo was examined, they determined that the genetic disorder was present. Thomas eliminated it. But Galaxy labs didn't stop there. They wanted to see what else they could do. Thomas only saw the lives he could save if he was allowed to further develop the technology and spread it to the world, so he agreed in genetically altering the girl to be a super.

But that wasn't enough. Sure in 25 years they could have an army of supers, but only if they could find parents willing to sell their children.

Actually, there was a market for it. But the problem was how the public would react to this. Forcing a child to have powers did not seem to go well with most of the test groups where they posed the question to.

So they needed something else. They needed a way to modify already grown adults who could make the choice on their own.

Thomas was pulled from his project and placed as the leader of a new operation, a super soldier serum. They knew how he thought, and they manipulated him. They convinced him it was saving lives. Instead of fire fighters, who were weak and fragile humans running into burning buildings, imagine entire teams of Supermen running in an saving the day.

Instead of police being gunned down by drug addicts, they could stop them with no loss of life at all.

Thomas admitted there was a lot of lives he could save if it was regulated properly, so he agreed...

Power Origin Story:

Powers:
Organic Metal Body:
His entire body is made of metal, he no longer has any organs in the traditional sense. He still retains his consciousness, though with out a brain, he theorizes that each molecule in his body works together, emitting faint electrical pulses to communicate with each other, like a giant hive mind. Even when not connected, they can transmit a faint neuro-electrical pulse between them. The greater the distance, the fainter the signal becomes, until only a basic, primitive command is able to be perceived; "return."

Attributes of his body are:

• He no longer requires sustenance, sleep, or oxygen.
  
  
• Despite not sleeping in the traditional sense, in his relaxed state he becomes a puddle of liquid metal, and requires concentration to maintain a solid form. Concentrating constantly is a strain on his mind, and he now enjoys becoming formless in a bucket, or plugged bathtub.
  
  
• His body no longer grows, ages, or creates new cells. The weight he is now, will forever be his weight.
  
  
• Body Manipulation(2 EP): As mentioned, through concentration he can become more than a puddle of silvery goo. Currently he can take a humanoid form, though he is still too unskilled to actually look human. His face is shapeless, no nose, no mouth, no eyes, nothing. Like a half finished mannequin. He can form his limbs into sharp blades to defend himself.
  
  
• He does not stretch in a traditional sense. His mass and volume remain constant, but he can compress his body to be smaller, or he can, with limitations, thin out his body to be bigger. At the moment he can not look like actual humans, but through training(more EP points) he will one day be able to change the actual colour of his skin, and replicate human forms.
  
  
• Mimic is not yet unlocked. It requires 2 more EP points to do. He is currently just a silver coloured humanoid like shape.
  
  
• Someday he can learn to look like any human, such as a little girl, or a giant body building man. But once again, he is limited by his own mass and volume. The little girl will be incredibly dense, and as heavy as a grown man. The Large body builder will be partially hollow, and weigh for less than he should. Additionally, being stretched so thin, he will actually be weaker in a larger form, then if he were in a smaller form.
  
  
• He is currently unable to speak, as he does not have the skill to replicate lungs, or vocal cords, but, as mentioned, with practise he will someday be able to mimic any voice he wishes.
  
  
• He does not rust.

Regrouping(2 EP):
Also as mentioned, blunt force will have little effect against a liquid blob of metal, however he can still be blown apart, or cut into tiny pieces. The smaller the pieces, the less intelligent they are, however no matter how small they are, they will all maintain a command to "return" and reform the main body. Depending on how far they are spread about, and how many pieces, this could take minutes, or days. Obviously if the arm is cut off, all he has to do is touch the removed piece to return it to his body.

Weaknesses:

• Cold and Heat: While he is no longer subject to traditional pain or discomfort, he can still feel extreme colds and heats. But I do mean, extreme. Since he no longer must maintain a certain body temperature, he can exist with considerable ease anywhere on the planet. (Not including volcanoes) Even in space. However drastic and rapid changes in temperature, from extreme cold to extreme heat, or reverse, will cause his body to crack, and possibly shatter. Thus taking time to reform.
  
  
• Magnetism: The most obvious weakness, a strong enough magnet can over power his own low level super strength and prevent him from moving.
  
  
• Electricity: A strong enough electrical current can disrupt his own neuro-electrical pluses and force him to lose his shape and form.
  
  
• Extreme Pressure (Like at the bottom of the ocean) or Gravity: While he has super human strength, at a certain point, pressure and gravity will over power him, this will not kill him, but force him to compact, and become motionless.

So I've talked this app over with Cosmos and Pain.
We're gonna ask that you get rid of regrouping and mimicking.

Regrouping looks like its essentially high leveled healing but at a low cost so we cant allow it.

If you get a few more points into EP later and still want mimicking, I guess we can cross that bridge when it comes. IMO he's a cooler character without it.

Actually, if you look it over again. I say that he CAN NOT mimic yet. Its something he unlocks with more points.

I am planning 1 point to take his own form, and 2 more points to take other forms, since it was previously established 2 points is needed to transform into other humanoids.

I see what your saying about the regrouping part though, maybe if I increase the timing it would be better?

Regrouping still seems a little powerful to me ... I don't think he should be able to touch the severed piece and it be fixed again.... It sounds like it happens in seconds as well.... I think you should either raise the EP or just get rid of it honestly...
