Personality: He is a insane man do to much exspoltion of electricity wich off sets his moods in meaning he changes mood very offten. He has a regular iq that is the same amoungst humans.

History: He was not born with his powers but yet he was choosen by a lepard in a forest. It all started when his family went camping in the Colorado Mountains in a small section that had a forest. They set up camp and Johny went to play afterwards and he had went up cliffs and had thrown rocks at trees like normal. When he went to go back he was followed by a blue eletric lepard lost in a reserch lab, that was trying to get him. When he got back to camp the lepard jumped out and bit him; causing lepards power to seep threw his veins; on his shoulder leaving major woundsand then his family quickly loaded him up in there car and drove to a hospital. About half way away from the hospital he was in major pain wich lead him to pull electricity from there car causing it to die. He was feeling better because the power ha gained was electricity and he was close to a powerplant but he could not heal himself. The wound healed only because it was caused by the blue electric powered lepard and not some random animal.

His parents had seen his wound close and heal and decided to hug him and start work on the car going to take revenge on the lepard that caused it, but unexspectedly the lepard had come to him and told him about what he has gained. Once the animal was done he moved his tail and touched the boys head showing him how to start off using this power. Johny got up and and placed his hands on the cars battery and begun giving the electricity he took back to the car. After 20 years from exspiriance he had went to a a place were he let scientist who would not reveal what or who he is take test on his power. After all the 20 years had past they were able to make a generator that made its own electricity without the use of gasoline. Because of this he is now head of a multimillion dollar corporation that supplies the world with this technology.

He is rich but he does not have millions and millions of dollarshe only has 6.54 million dollars that has built up ever since his mother had decided to start a account for him when he was a baby. The account remains untoched and is still gaining money as we speak. In another personal account he keeps everyday use money that he buys grocieries with or pays bills. It holds 123 thousand dollars not as much as the other acount but still is high. Now he goes off on his own meeting new heros and villians and people like himself. He wears his suit and mask to hide who he really is. While when he is in normal close they consist of tuxidos.

When he was a child in his 15 he has had training with few masters of martial arts. His fokus and sharper mind help him detect what move thge opponent will make next. He is very efficient in fights because he has learned how to use his powers on the battle field and has other martailarts working for him.

Powers: He can manipulate electricity out of any sorce given. He can take small sparks and boost the power by moving them rapidly in the air to cause more vibration making the attack stronger. He has 5 fighting skill and the only way for this is that he has to put electricity in his body every 12 hours. The electricity vibrates his body and makes cells move faster causing him to move faster aswell. Do to the electricity in the body it even builds up movement in his legs and arms. He has also made an attack being his strongest that is a ball of electricity and it pulls other electricity in causing it to exspand. Once big enough it blows like a bomb. Electricity strands shoot out and aim for its targets that is in the bombs blast range of 100-150 yards.(<-- REMEMBER ONLY IF IN BLAST RANGE I DONT KNOW APPARENTLY FOW FAR ABLAST LIKE THIS WOULD GO.) The ball of electrity takes 4-8 seconds to form and the it instantly blows up. Depending on the time told by me determines how strong it is. (8=6 max---down to 4=3 ep. HOPE THIS WORKS.) Another thing he is able to make a ray of steady electricity causing it to be like a lazer cannon that fires from his hands. And he can basicly use electricity anyway he wants to. He hopes that he will become strong enogh that he will be able to move eletric based particle in the air to give him instant electricity.( ONLY WHEN HE GAINS 7 E.P.)

Ok i told how the lepard bit him and put power into him. I said the part were puting electricity gives him his 6 FS--- It also strengthens the nervous system making him sharper to oncoming attacks and picking up reaction time alot better than a normal humans--- Plus i will edit it when i figure out the max area the bomb will take up and even though it is dodgeable aparently i had to add qotation for your small mind to under stand.

Okay it still doesn't explain Fighting Skills. He has sharper senses but there is no way you could get to 6 FS without some sort of training. I'd say put it up to 6 SP.

Other energy? I think you should just stick to electricity as that's what you've been talking about.

Also you need to tell us the range of this bomb. If you don't know yet then it obviously isn't finished so please do not snap sarcastically at a member who tried to help.

When you say emortal do you mean immortal?
If so, do you plan on making this guy your main, if not I'm sure he can't be immortal
Also nothing explains him being immortal, if it's a side effect then please mention it

You messed up from the very begninning because you spelled his name wrong, it's spelled Johnny and not Johny. Race doesn't ask if he's immortal, I assume that's what you were trying to spell, it wants to know what color his skin is so that people will know a little more about him. His history is not only poorly written it doesn't explain much of anything about him, side note a car that is already started won't die if the battery goes out. Going back for a second his personality should at least be fleshed out a little bit more sense that's how he is supposed to act. Last you probably don't need to put the same picture twice in one app, just a rule of thumb really.

wow you pulled alot out of nothing for no countless reason. Basics i spelt his name like that on purpose and a while ago i edited it and took out immortal but apparently it stayed. The history is not poorly ritten it is about him ,how he got his powers, the first time he got it and used it, what he does now, and etc. And a car will die if it has no electricity the spark plug will not be able to keep a constanty fire sparking the engine duh. If you want to argue about this go read layouts of cars and how they work before you go aginst it. I was not going to have anyone accept it yet but i was only having them look at it so i could edit. And it asked for two pictures so i can always delete one if you ask plus when i sent in the url i forgot to erase the bottom. Also before you go jump down my throat ask what the hell im doing first or ask someone who knows what im doing and dont make your post on here make you sound like an ass and that you are out to get me, i already have enough problems as it is. No wait scratch that you need both the spark plugs and the alternator to keep the car running. If you dont have the plugs firing elctricity into the motor then it dies. And if you dont have the slightest bit of juice runnig to the alternator to keep it charged it wont work it wont charge the batterie back and you are shit out of luck.

I agree with Ember when she says you should just stick to electricity. Mainly because I don't get why when a ball of electricity pulls 'other energy' or expands or explodes. Also you labeled it's range 150 yards, which is in my opinion still undodgeable for many reasons. To start, you never said how long it takes to cause this size of an explosion, or how long it takes before it can be done again so while RPing theres nothing stopping you from blasting off explosions every second and become unstoppable. And another thing that didn't make much sense is, how are you impervious to your own explosion. Surely your not standing 150 yards away charging up this bomb, so when you only having 3 END and are getting caught in the center of this, you should die.

John had a great point, and it's something that instantly will prevent you from being approved. So before you start talking down to him for giving you good info you should think about it and realize that everything he told you made sense. Let me give you a couple examples of how other people have achieved high FS. The Black Arrow trained for over half his life. Pain who only has 4 FS still trained in Russia for ten years. Theres plenty of others that I could name, but the one thing they all have in common is that they trained. Shocking yourself with electricity doesn't grant you amazing fighting skills or the reaction time that comes with it. The only stat I'll allow to be boosted by those means is speed, nothing else makes sense. I'd say take Ember's advice and give yourself 6 SPD and lower to your FS to a more believable level for your character.

Again Frost had some good points. He tried to point out a couple things that he saw that might be misspelled or misunderstood. If you wanted your name to be Johny instead of Johnny that fines. No one was attacking you and trying to force you to change it, he was just pointing it out because he probably thought it was a typo. Next, I really don't know what made you think Frost said your history was poorly written because he was the only to say that it wasn't. The only thing he pointed out was about that car battery and you even went back and said he was correct. He did say that your history didn't explain much about your character but that is only his opinion. Maybe he writes his histories in a different style then you, it's no big deal just opinions. Also it doesn't say post two of the same pictures, one is suppose to be you in costume the other is in your civilian clothing. These are just a bunch of little things about that app that everyone was just trying to help you clear up.

BigMac, no one is out to get you or your character, and Frost isn't trying to be a ass. Maybe because of the way your reading his post he sounds like an ass, but to me, everything he stated was understandable and only helpful. You need to stop thinking everyone's out to get you and just realize they were only trying to help you get approved.

Just a brief thought, you are aware having 1 STR means you're weaker than the average human? It'll make little sense with this guy's body type, and if you ever try any lifting, well, you're better off asking a random guy on the street to help than you.

You've got an awful lot for electricity there, something more simple would be nice.

Yes Black arrow i agree with the whole comdown state because i want the mods to work on this. Well the people who has been awarded the most exspirinced. And i for got to change all the ENERGY`S to ELECTRICITY i just hate using the same word over and over.

Im dropping it down to 5 fighting skill and giving him 4 end and ill will say i trained in somesort of way. But i was sure i said i trained with different Martial Arts masters of different styles.

It is suppose to be Johny and i did not see the problem its almost like he went agisnst me for the hell of it.Im keeping Johny... His skin is black if you cant tell from the picture i was saying human because people been making aliens so thats why. I kinda got confused.

Ok i edited and i think i got it now thanks to no one bitching. I also edited the powergrid if you see andything in the history that does not corespond with the powergrid tell me. And Pain i dont get what you mean~You've got an awful lot for electricity there, something more simple would be nice.~
