If Victor leaves SCAR, NK will join.
However, we won't fit in any of the ranks you have listed. So you'd have to make another rank that means "high-ranking guy, who does his own thing and nobody really questions him and doesn't enter the basement when they hear the screaming."
I suggest you name the position Cardinal. It'd be an amazing irony, considering Nightkill laughs at religion.

Also, when you finish deciding your evil plot, which will hopefully have absolutely nothing to do with God, post it here so we can look and see if we really want to join at all.

the plot wont involve God at all. If anyone wants it' I'll add it in the group summary thing when i have all the complexities worked out.
