Hound the Archer

As explained in the above post, Hound spent seven years in the woods, to hunt, he crafted his own bow and arrows and practise for years. His skill with the Bow and Arrow are determined by his Fighting Skill, as it is an item, its damage is determined by his intelligence.
The bow is a simple spring loaded, folding bow, nothing too special about it.
Hound has a simple quiver, with... lets say... three dozen arrows at any given time. These arrows are simple, nothing special or tricky about them. They can either be store bought, stolen, or he can craft new ones by going into the woods or using supplies found through scavaging.
