He fuses it back on so that it is harder to remove. He doesn't want a removable mouth piece because he doesn't want any opart of the mask easy to remove.And he breaths because there is a few small slits in his mask by his mouth, like a grate, which allows air in. The slits are quite thin, and cannot be seen from far away.

One thing nobody knows abut Dr.Everyone is that before his accident, he was very kind, loving, empathetic, sympathetic, loved animals, and often volunteered at a local orphanage and soup kitchen.
His favorite thing to do on weekends, as is his favorite thing to do at all times, is kill. However, his favorite non-work related thing to do is relax in his laboratory, listening to classical music and reading.
