Physical Appearance:

John appearance is seen as his outer metallic shell, which revolves around the Necrodium Crystal embedded deep within. The outer body displays itself similar to the human skeleton, with a strange metallic alloy that seems to demonstrate corrosion without such a process actually affecting it. The protrusions appear menacing and demonic, giving a fearful visage. From with almost all the openings in the metal, an eerie green light seeps out shining most bright at the eyes. The most disturbing feature of the light is that it almost seems tangible, as if a green mist was emitting from John only a few inches from his body before completely disappearing, showing how much hatred and negative feelings were encased with John in the crystal. His body is draped with ripped cloth that form a makeshift robe and cape. The posture that makes him permanently hunched over also add to the sickly image, one that strikes fear into the hearts of man, haunting their nightmares.

Personality:

As a defining character trait, John strives to win at any situation, at all costs. This seems to have been a part of his character even prior to his conscription to the military, as he used to win at any game he played, including chess or King of the Hill. He is extremely determined to complete the mission at hand, and often disregards his personal safety and relies on his abilities and alleged exceptional luck. Indeed, he has often emerged victorious from situations many would consider impossible. Still, he is not devoid of fear, but he simply acknowledges the feeling and puts it aside, never showing it.

One thing that was noted is that John tends to keep his word when he gives it to someone. He always repays any debt and if there is even the slightest chance of success, he will strive to make his promise happen. A good example would be the promise he made to his mother that he has kept for over half of his life, and the fact that he killed his mother due to another promise.

Since his transformation, John has become more and more ruthless and cruel when it comes to his interactions. He expects people to do as he wants by the book, but he usually acts polite despite any sort of resentment he has, possibly to taunt or simply out of courtesy. However, now that someone should fall under his requirements, he would simply execute them in some fashion and replace them with a mindless drone that was formally their body. In all intents and purposes, people have become nothing more than pawns on the chessboard for John's plans.

Another defining characteristic of John is his hatred for his father, Brock O'Day, otherwise known as Pain to the rest of the world. Ever since he learned of his father's existence, he has harbored a deep resentment for his father, wishing for nothing more than his father's head. His hatred has gone to the point of obsession, creating weapons and pushing his body past their limits so he can be ready for the day he combats his father to the death. His hatred also extends to his siblings, but it doesn't get in the way of him acting like a big brother when they need it.

History:

John was born into the classic world of drugs and crime. His mother was a crackwhore and his father skipped out on him and his mother before he was even born. John's life went like any child who had a crackwhore or prostitute for a mother, with a few slight differences. Even from a young age, John has been an exceptional intellectual, possibly from his mother, who was an award winning and recognized genius before she was sucked into the world of drugs. Despite his boundless genius, John never had the chance to embrace his gift, until an event that would change John's world and set him towards the path he lives.

During on of his mother's "business deals", John witnessed his mother being forced into more radical and extreme forms and actions that she obviously didn't want to do. John was never for violence, but in this case he was more than willing. With a crowbar and a kitchen knife, John killed his first two victims, at the age of 12, the first two of many to come. The incident was booked under self defense, and by luck or fate he was given free education by charities who heard of his situation, and discovered his boundless genius.

By the time he had turned 13, John finished highschool and proceeded into college. Three years and many scholarships were spent and eventually John completed several high rank courses and subjects. It was not long before a US government and military got their hands on him, bringing the young genius into the US and having him work on developing super soldiers and also designing great medical weapons and tools. But two problems/events occured that made John the way he is today.

The first problem was not uncommon, but was nonetheless a hindering factor that John had to cope with for most of his life. As a result of his parents' unhealthy consumption of drugs and narcotics, John was born addicted to cocaine and various other drugs. And due to his birth, John inherited several diseases and syndromes, as well as a really inefficient immune system. But by chance, maybe by his inherent luck, it was later revealed in studies that John's unexpected birth resulted in mutation of his mind and body. As a result, John was capable of using 100% of his brain and his body's reflexes were top notch.

The second, more recent problem was the loss of his only family, his mother. On her death bed, John's mother revealed to him who his father really was. John's father wasn't a crack head who ran out and then died on the streets, not a drug lord that used his mother as a one night stand, or some nobody scumbag like John had originally thought. John's father was Brock O'Day, otherwise known as Pain, the world's greatest hero. Instantly, John's hatred for his father grew a hundred times fold. Despite all of his power and glory, Pain never gave John and his mother a second thought. As he lay dying, John vowed to find his father, and make him pay.

Since then, John has spent his life studying and keeping a watch on Pain, and everyone around him. Through military connections and the information of some secret assistants, John discovered the existence of his siblings, all made and not taken care of by Pain, just like him. His military development research gained fruit from his new found motivation, weaponizing his orginally medical inventions into weaponized creations that could do harm even to Pain. He even weaponized his body suit which was originally meant only to hold off his addictions, which was done by generating the false stimuli he required to live.

Once the usefulness of the military had been spread and expended, John took his weapons and armor and disappeared off the radar. As the years rolled by, John began to hunt down super powered individuals, testing his strength against them and training to fight against those with super powers. More specifically, John began to hunt down people from Project Perfection. Project Perfection eventually caught wind of John and sorted out a meeting with him. At the meeting, they offered John a part in Project Perfection, asking if he wanted to become as powerful, possibly even more powerful than Pain. However, John refused the possibility, possibly due to pride or whatever reason, but his main reason was that he wanted to kill his father his own way.

To that extent, John became a part of Project Perfection, under the condition that he was given everything they knew about Pain and all things that related to him. He became a part of a group of humans specializing in hunting superhumans, increasing his abilities to be good enough to face superhumans, to go past and break apart his body. John recieved the code name Dakota, and is sent on a mission every now and again. But despite all the power and money he is gaining, John has only one goal in life, the final promise he made to his mother on her deathbed, the vow he would keep even at the cost of his life: Kill Pain

Much later into his years, becoming the greatest and head of the Cleaners, the members of Project Perfection who deal with the projects that desert them or those who are foolish enough to attempt fighting them. However despite his great success, John had met an obstacle in his path, the power of magic. To a man of science such as John, magic was a way of defying the laws of the world and doing things that warp reality. In order to test his metal, John pitted himself against the powerhouse of the magical world, Ibis, the Earth Elemental of the Abnormals.

The battle was a fierce one, each utilizing their talents in order to gain the upper hand. But in an act of treachery and intellect, John took advantage of the beast's nature, and executed him. However, the final blow did not happen without its costs. As a final act of desperation, Ibis caused his own body to move and caught John in a devastating suicidal attack, mortally wounding John to the point that he was put into intensive care, his battle suit broken beyond recognition. While in his hospital bed, John thought bitterly over his crushing wounds, the fact that he still wasn't strong enough to beat someone with that much pure power. His thoughts brought him to the idea that he would need even more power, he needed magic.

While still in intensive care, John was met with a mysterious individual known as Drakontas, a being who had rooted himself deep within human history, influencing the course of the world like a child with his plaything. During his visit, Drakontas offered John all of his knowledge, assets and resources, a deal that left John more than skeptical. Despite his mistrust, John had nothing to lose, and accepted the deal. Upon agreement, John was sucked into the Crystal of Kaluoshen, a crystal the ran on and empowered people with great hatred and rage. The agreement was that until Drakontas' mortal body died again, John would remain within the festering biles of hatred and rage, and only if he remained with his intellect intact would he be able to utilize the great power.

As the months past, John resisted the madness within the crystal, keeping mental discipline from all the wild anger and hate, while keeping his pure hate and anger alive within him. When Drakontas finally died, John was given exactly as he was promised. He was given all the possessions that Drakontas had accumulated over the years and his hate became the catalyst to unleashing the power of the Crystal of Kaluoshen, granting him power over magnetism. With a body created from Necrodium Alloy, created in the image of his true heart. With all of these new adjustments, John knew that he required a new mantle. Now he was Hatred Personified, he was Doctor Necrodium, he would make the man who abandoned him suffer, and drown the world with his hatred, no matter how long it takes.

Powers:

The Crystal of Kaluoshen & Necrodium Alloy Chassis: An ancient magical relic that holds within it the spirit of a being that has great hatred within their hearts. The crystal takes in an feeds off of the hatred, transforming the emotion into magical energy, which can be utilized for powerful magic. If the person is exceptionally powerful, like one such as John, the crystal is also capable of creating a new body for the new host, out of a strange material akin to metal in appearance. Though it doesn't do much for strength, it allows movement for the host instead of remaining as a crystal. The chassis is superhumanly durable and is capable of briefly increase its own strength in order to better protect the core.
Magnetic Field Manipulation: John has near-limitless control of all forms of magnetism, whether natural or artificial, to manipulate any metal. Moreover, he can use his magnetic powers in more than one way simultaneously. He can completely assemble a complicated machine within seconds through his powers. These powers are derived from the influence of the Crystal of Kaluoshen, granting him magical influence over the forces of Magnetism. With the power of Magnetism, John is capable of creating various effects. (Most of his powers are similar to Max Eisenhardt aka Magneto and Lorna Dane aka Polaris)
Enhanced Mind: Able to utilize 9 times more than a human's full brain capacity for information processing and sorting, John's mind is virtually a computer built for strategy and problem-solving, one that works at optimal ability even when under stress and fatigue. Using his superior problem-solving skills, John can work out a battle ahead of time for many possibilities and predict enemy movements and tactics after the battle has engaged by recalling and utilizing memorized mannerisms acquired through past experience on a moment's notice. He is also ingenious in devising solutions against superior aspects of opponents, can observe and exploit, and can calculate distance, speed, and time at lightning speeds; his sense of timing is superb, bordering on perfection. In addition, he has an incredible photographic memory, able to memorize subjects of any kind, after learning it once.

Abilities

Genius Doctor: John was a major in all forms of medical science, his main point of knowledge is brain surgery, but his skills extends to a masterful level in all, even things such as plastic surgery. John's medical knowledge is worthy of prizes, but he has discontinued trying to save lives. However if he were asked to, John would be able to do complicated medical procedures easily, even without proper equipment.
Weaponizing Genius: John is a specialist in harnessing energy and using it as weaponry, being hired by military organizations for his skills. He is capable of using simple mechanisms and turning them into super efficient devices and mechanisms.

Among all Anti-Superhuman agents in Project Perfection, John is the highest ranking member in terms of kills, killing off around 29 superhuman experiments. It was because of this quota that John is known as the Killer of Perfection.
Stated by John himself, he has been diagnosed with so many diseases that if he were not without his power suit he would not be able to walk, move, or even breathe within required parameters. The suit is the only thing keeping him alive and if it were to shut off, John's life expectancy would be from 1 month to 2-5 years, depending on the medical equipment spent on him. By canon powergrid equivalents, without his suit, all of John's physical stats are lvl 0
Though having a substantial amount of money due to his line of work, John barely uses any of the money for himself, aside from getting whatever things he needs, most of his money goes to local charities.
Through various acting and vocal classes, John worked out his original Russian accent in order to sound more like an American.
John's most recent kill was Ibis, the Earth Elemental member of the Abnormals
With the new body, John technically lost all of his diseases, but is now destined to live his life as a machine.
