Telekinesis: This is fine, but you only have 5 EP and three other powers, so this power is most likely going to be fairly weak.

Teleportation: Can other people enter this portals? Does a portal just appear at destination A and B? How long does it take you do make these portals?

Inside-Outside Sensor: You need to explain this power a bit more, because I don't understand what you mean by 'Insider' and 'Outsider'

A portal does appear from Destination A to Destination B. It takes me a few minutes, give or take on situation, stress level, etc. 2 EP.

Insider is a creature from this multiverse, Outsider is a creature not from this multiverse or who has traveled in the Outside universes. I personally think that this will come in handy solely during quests, so it should be a free power.

I'm not sold on the free power thing simply because it should only work on quests. That has to be resolved. Otherwise, great app and I'd approve it when the Outsider/Insider thing is either alloted a single point or removed.

I dunno Cosmos, because this power doesn't actually do any sort of damage or help his character in a fight I don't think he should have spend points into it and weaken his other powers anymore. To me, I see this power being used for RP reasons rather then being used to give him a advantage in a fight. I think he should be able to just have this power free of charge, but if something comes up in the future and he uses it unfairly, it should he'll have to pay for it or it will be removed.
