Description: This pocket watch is constructed to move around your atoms until you resemble the form of your choice. The shapeshifting ability of this item is quite precise, but can only be used once an hour and if you remain in a form for longer than three hours, you will be stuck in that form permanently. The watch is located inside his Lab coat.

Transforming into other characters can be extremely useful. If this item is approved, anyone will be able to do it if they have high enough INT. If we go with the suggestion Hound put up, this would be a passive power you have to sacrifice points to have; just like with flying. Sorry, but this item is denied.
