Personality: Brock may seem like hes cold and cruel but that is just a wall he puts up so people don't get to know the real him, he feels like if he lets anyone in they will hurt him. Brock loves a challenge, when he is not challenged and faced with a obstacle he becomes fidgety and can be a little more rude. When it comes to meeting new people getting one word out of Brock is almost impossible, he will rarely talk even when around people he knows. Being a geek his whole life Brock has dealt with his fair share of bullying, so now when someone picks on him or he sees someone pick on someone weak, he gets very defensive and is likely to summon his minions to battle. A good way to get on his good side is to present him with a friendly challenge that will make him think hard, If interrupted when working on his challenge he is likely to be snarky and just more rude in general.

History: Brock grew up in the hustle and bustle of New York City but unlike most kids his age who were out partying and drinking, Brock spent his time in libraries and his father's auto mechanic shop. Being an outcast from most in his school Brock caught alot of beatings from both his peers and his drunk dad. But this all ended when he reached the age of 14 when he made his first creation, A rude contraption of metal and junk metal to the bare eye, but to those who thought like Brock was a powerful gun. Walking to the alley where several of the bullies who beat him hung out, he shot and killed all of them without even thinking about the consequences. From that point on he ran, he had no idea where to go or what to do, but eventually found him in a small town in Arizona. Here he met up with several odd people who seemed to be waiting for Brock in a back alleyway, Upon confronting him he found out they had there eyes on him since he was born. They were a group of ancient powers who had been around for hundreds of years, After talking for a bit Brock was told that the group was growing old and needed to pass there powers onto a new one and Brock was the chosen one. Brock was imbued magical powers that not only enhanced his already strong mental powers but gave him strange mystical powers that allowed him to create more powerful contraptions. Brock now uses his mind and magic to create powerful weapons and minions which he uses for both hitman jobs and just to be sold for money.

Powers: Game creates custom neoconstructs (Humans that were turned into abominations from a mixture of magic and science) for every job he is hired for.

Equipment: Game has a small teleporter that allows him to summon his minions no matter where he is. His teleporter only works on two locations (Where he is and his workshop.)

If you're still around, I apologize for how long it took for someone to review this. Alright, seems like a good application, just have to ask more about your powers. So you create the neoconstructs with your INT, and power them with your EP? Your EP power is to give power to these things, correct? How many can you power at once? The minions should get a grid of their own, obviously they need to be weaker than a normal character, so depending on their power would determine the amount your allowed out at once.

Other than that, I see no problems with the application; good job on it. I can make you a powergrid if you'd like, just name the colors.
