Personality:Curious about everything but lacks the ability to feel the emotions that bond people toghether.Fiercly independent she hates being helped to do things especially things that have to do with her height. She latches on to people as possesions and kills them when she's angry at them. Though if she likes you or as close to likes you as she can get she treats you kindly and doesnt mind you helping her.

History:Born into a family of priestesses in an isolated area of the kyoto mountains. she was always able to convene with the dead.Her family had been Priestesses since Fuedal era japan.At the age of 7 she obtained her familiar Seri, a kyubi that was 700 years old.(oni time 7yrs.) Taught how to use spirit fire to quiet restless ghosts she became the most skilled in her family.The traumatic event of watching her older sister die striped her of most human emotions.In rage and frenzy she destroyed the rest of her family and home she hasn't returned to her old home since and constantly moves around to her own perferences.

Powers: Can See and talk with spirits=1. Manipulates Spirit fire=5.Spirit fire is a substance not unlike hell fire but less dangerous and can counteract it. It does not damage the body but the soul of the target(endurance still applies)It requires a spirit familiar to be used. god fire The most powerful form of spirit fire in order to use it you must sacrifice a part of your soul.(the ability renders her unable to move and it takes a week to fully recover from the damage to her soul)god fire requires a charge time of at least one post.

History and personality are pretty basic, and make sense, this application is almost ready to be approved, I only see one minor problem.

This power cannot be lvl 6 strength, because you put 1 EP into your ability to see and talk to spirits. But because Spirit fire and God fire are so similar, I don't think you should have to split your EP among those two. So what I think you should do, it make you god fire have a casting time/charge up time, this way it is a bit stronger then a lvl 5 EP, and the still the stronger version of your spirit fire. Also this way you can charge up for as long as you want to increase it's power (Power of the attack would be increased each post you are charging it.)
