Personality: Hes almost always in a bad mood but some times he loves to play around. Sometimes he would be happy and would lay down all day. He is lasy and would love to lay down under trees for days. He eats as if he was starving for weeks and would go for days without saying a single word. He loves when every girl he passes would go crazy for him.

History: Shepard started as a young boy he was always happy to see his mom and his dad. He stopped aging at the age of 17 he never rinkled and he stayed eternally 17. He would come home from school to his huge house set in a 72 acre pasture. He always loves to sit under the tree next to the pond to see the birds in the fish.he was talkative and hyper.His mom and dad died when he was 7 and turned his attitude from happy and joyful to sorrow and anger. Before then he was tought to use a sword style ten henmizarugi. He was so mad that he decided to look for the people who killed his parents. He did not know why peoplle would kill them for there work was bank associates. He did not know who would hang both there bodies chopped up bodies in his favorite tree.pieces hung there like limbs on the tree.
He serches every day to find out who killed them but still has found no evidence. He is very powerful and can hold his own aginst almost anyone. He always loves to fight to prove he is stronger.he joins some groups some times to go on quest and help out some or just goes for selfish reasons.
he was born with his powers from the start but did not know until his parents died thats when he blew up in rage. All the fosets spewed out water and it all rained up to the cieling. He opened his eyes when he felt a drip of water run down his cheek. In amediance gallons of water fell on him and then he knew what he could do with the power hes was given find the murders who killed his parents. While alone he stayed with his grand mother until he was old enough to go out alone. After 5 years had passed of him being 16 he seen how he did not age and stilll loved his powers more and more. He would use everything he had and known to kill the muderors who were unown at the time.

Powers: He has the ability to manipulate water. He used all his power one night making his sword that he now carries on his back and the swordis made from waster but is strong enough to cut through steel and hard enough to keep its shape before in collision and after collision oh any object. He can bend it to his will and make it do anything he wants he has come close to mastering full controll of water. He is able to make it thin enoughand strong enough to cut through condesed steel as if it was paper. He can turn melting steam to strait ice. He loves to shock people when he uses the water to keep him self from falling in a river or anything biger. He loves to startle people by walking on water basicly and is able to freeze the water right before he lands on it to push off to make it look like he is walking on water. His weapon that he has alows him to channels water through it to make the blade stronger. He always has the sword on his back every where he travels. He chanels water through it to make the blade longer or sharper. He is able to use the sword to exstend his power for a longer reach.

Well, we already have a Water manipulator except he couldn't pull moisture out of the air until he was a level 7 EP. I think that should be edited, you can always carry water around you, or find water around you most of the time. Unless you're in the Sahara Desert or something.

If the sword is a natural sword it comes from your INT. When you run across water, is it because you freeze it? Because if so, you could allow others to water stride behind you if they could deal with the slippery surface.
