Wait, would it be possible for the two powers to be considered one. Like for example, in Avatar a waterbender can transform water into ice and control it and vice versa even though they can be two seperate powers. So like could I have Earth manipulation with the abillity to turn it into lava and control it and vice versa, because if that applies, I won't mind the 2 EP for transforming.

Turning Water into Ice is still Water Manipulation. Water doesnt change its properties. I'd say no. Either pick one or split your EP.

ok, so ill say something like Tony can use his powers in human form, but has greater control in tiki form so its more like an appearence change, and split the earth manipulation and lava generation (i didnt say lava manipulation originally, i just suggested it if it can go with earth manipulation, but the real power was to generate lava from his body in blasts and stuff) evenly, and then i should be good, right?

Alright, changed it so Tiki-Man is more like a "costume" than a completly different form, and yes even split between Earth Manipulation and Lava blasts
