Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

The Magnificent Maxwell
Real Name: Maxwell Spade (Born Maxwell Millikan)
Super Hero/Villain/Renegade/etc Name: The Magnificent Maxwell
Alignment: Hero
Age: 46
Gender: male
Race: Human
Hair: Brown (religiously dyed from grey)
Eyes: Blue
Height: 6’7’’
Weight: 180 lbs
Costume Description/Image: Maxwell wears tuxedos, complete with vest and jacket as well as top hats cufflinks bowties, and perfectly shined dress shoes. He almost always carries a cane
Personality: Max is kind-hearted, but extremely neurotic. His nature tends to make him snappy or unreasonable due to his many odd tendencies and fears. He has a flare for the dramatic, and is never afraid to monologue. He overestimates his dramatic presence greatly. He considers himself to be great with children, though he is not. He holds himself as an expert on many subjects, and is always ready to tell an interesting story pertaining to any topic at hand. He has many irrational fears, and obsessive habits. For instance, in every trick deck he owns, he has 3 extra King of Hearts cards because he doesn’t like the number 52. Whenever he drinks from a glass he refuses to fill it any more than halfway because he is always sure a bug will fly in his drink thus ruining whatever liquid is still inside it. Speaking of drinking, he has a slight problem with alcohol. He is always looking for someone to drink and talk (and sing, if they drink enough) with him. Despite his loser aura, he is quite experienced and knowledgeable.
Maxwell has a fairly impressive list of phobias including but not necessarily limited to:
Butterflies
Bees. (and certain wasps. Depends on the color)
Custards and gelatin desserts
Cats (Well actually, he just really hates cats.)
Marriage
Being infested with worms
Being hypnotized
Childbirth
Syphilis
History: Maxwell was a true rambling man, born in Tennessee and on the road the day he dropped out of high school and got his own car. Despite this, he had excellent luck early in life and found himself with a small fortune. Eventually he and his close friend, Roy Gibbons, decided to travel to ruins of the world, hoping to find the trail of a fortune. Max’s amazing luck continued, and they found buried scrolls in a secret room of a castle they happened to be trespassing into, because the guards happened by chance to not be at their station. They took them home to the states, and they hired a translator to find out what the scrolls said before trying to sell them. They didn’t want to be cheated after all. It turns out the scrolls help instructions on how to awaken the magical potential in human beings! Naturally, all three of the men tried it and after some work some signs of power started to show themselves. The translator went his separate way, but Max and Roy knew what to do with these new powers….capitalize off of them! They went into showbiz together, as stage magicians. They used their real magic to aid their illusions, Max and Roy’s Magnificent Magic Show saw huge success.
All good things must come to an end however, and when Max was 25 Roy betrayed him over a large sum of money and ran off. After that fateful day, Max’s luck disappeared forever. Not only did Roy leave with all his money, but Max didn’t have any luck making more. Without the duo dynamic, The Magnificent Maxwell’s Marvelous Magic Show couldn’t seem to draw in the crowds. Max continued to work on his skill in both illusion and true magic and became adept at both, yet he still seemed doomed to chronic failure. Max’s mental health deteriorated over the next two decades(It’s impossible to determine whether this is connected to his learning magic), and he became convinced his failure was only fate ushering his magnificence to a greater calling. He decided to use his magnificent powers to fight the evils of crime that plague the everyman. Despite saving a good number of people, stopping many criminals and villains in their tracks, and preventing a large bank robbery Max avoided the spotlight as a hero as well. His deeds did not go completely unnoticed however. It would seem Maxwell was destined to be recruited, nay scouted into “America’s premiere elite force of super-powered crime-fighters”: The Abnormals!
Powers: Maxwell has the power of spatial manipulation; specifically he can create his own “pocket universes.” In this way he can create small portals leading into his own personal universe, effectively making any object he chooses a “bag of holding.” He can use these pocket universes to store any number of objects, and pull them out of small space. He uses this to pull various tricks, such as pulling a bomb from his hat or shooting explosive cards from within his cape. Since the holes he can open are small, he cannot enter his universes or send anyone else to them. They are strictly storage areas. Aside from that, he is also a skilled locksmith.
Gadgets: Maxwell is a tinkerer, and for reasons as equally innocent as his skill in lock-picking he knows his way around explosives. He fashions all sizes and shapes of bombs, everything from exploding playing cards to explosive rabbits or explosive replicas of his own head….you get the idea. He also makes his own props and tools for stage illusion, and is skilled at special effects.
Power Grid:
Character Image/Description: Max is tall, with dark blue eyes and brown hair. His hair usually runs a bit long, he doesn’t get haircuts extremely regularly, but he keeps it slicked back neatly. The same cannot be said for his facial hair. He wars a large stereotypical magician mustache which he strokes while thinking. He also has a big bushy beard of tangle brown hair that only helps to lend him the image of “sleazy magician you don’t want your children around.”

Re: The Magnificent Maxwell
I'm okay with this character's powers, but you'll have to go into detail on each individual gadget. What color would you like for the grid?
Re: The Magnificent Maxwell
So far the only gadgets he has are his bombs, but I'll list some specific ones in his sheet. If he makes anything that isn't mundane I'll make an app for it.
As for grid...white on black.
