Rating
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.
Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

Wild Cards
Can some one explain to me what this group is? I'd just like to know why it's there and what purpose it serves.
Re: Wild Cards
It's a group aligned with FEAR, but independant. They serve similar goals, but they have an entirely different flavor, (and generally require custom characters to join, instead of incorporating pre-mades). Me and Rayce are the pioneers, and neither of us have had much time to be on, so they have yet to do anything important. Here's the Synopsis that was drafted up a while back (I thought I had sent you a copy, but maybe not...) :
********************************************************************************************************
The Wild Cards, a playing-card themed group of anarchistic hoodlums assigned card numbers based on their abilities, likes/dislikes, or features. The organization is based out of New York, specifically on Fifth Street. A class system is implemented, including:
The Hearts – The societal based sect. They fuck with social trends, cultures, and anything deemed “Taboo” by modern society. Common features include blowing up commonly-used public buildings or bridges/structures, disrupting anything bureaucratic or automatic, and general chaos involving individuals.
The Spades – The shadowy assassin’s sect. They deal with anything secretive- blackmail, bribery, extortion, assassinations, spying, and the revealing of volatile government documents/ secrets. They are the ‘ninjas’ of the Wild Cards.
The Clubs – The brutes of the group. They believe anarchy can be more easily instigated by brute force. Suicide bombings (not themselves-convincing others to), terrorist acts, and petty events all the way down to muggings and beatings are common for these die-hard evil-doers.
The Diamonds – The economic class. They hack internet stocks, steal money, pilfer goods, and usually have dealings with (or are the reasons behind) those accused of embezzlement. Members of the diamonds could be street thieves earning money for the guild in the field, elite internet connoisseurs, or secretaries making sure other members of the group have funds.
The leaders consist of the Aces, one for each group, who lead their sections. Then, the unseen leader of it all (who is known only to the Aces – not even the other members know about him) is the Fool, who has the Joker as his call sign.
Other random terms (the Wildcard Slang Dictionary):
Fish: Any non-powered individuals. Civilians.
Blank: Group members who haven’t yet earned their Cards. Members with “No immediate value.”
Bottom Dealing: Cheating the guild. This usually leads to “The Rail” (see below)
Eliminated on the Bubble: Blanks who got caught or otherwise fail during their induction.
Fold: To give up on a mission, to scrap it. Usually because of a hero or other interception.
Grinders: Long term members who earn a little money over time. Usually the “secretarial” Diamonds or “guard” Clubs. Usually never go into the field. Opposites of the Sharks.
Juice: The Leader’s cut of the mission profits (if any).
Going to the Rail: Getting kicked out or killed for failing or cheating the guild.
Sharks: Long standing members who go for the big bucks. Opposite of the Grinders.
