Personality: Dark and not rude but i guess uncaring tends to feel like unless he knows the person what happens to them doesnt matter.

Power Grid: Str=4, Spd=5, End=5, Int=4, Ep=0, Fs=4.

Character Description: Wears a pitch black hoddey and torn blue jeans.

Powers: can make weapons out of his own blood when its spilled can use the blood of a random person to heal himself of any wounds, not teleportaion but can move extremly fast to counter his opponents blow, Person must be of around the same size as him also the weapon has to be close to a human weapon could not create anything futuristic.

History: Was expiriminted on by a group called promethius who wanted to create the ultimate solider his friend Lance Dragani broke him out sadly the changes where already in effect he found that by spilling his own blood he could turn his body into a living weapon and swore to use these powers to take revenge on promethius.

First off, you're not going to be able to get away with powers without having Energy Projection.

Also, using someone else's blood to heal your own blood loss can give you blood poisoning if it's the wrong Blood type that you are. And possibly give you AIDs.

one he couldn't possibly get aids beacuse his powers extract ony the blood not whats in it second no hes not emo i'm not trying to be rude but if u cant figure it out look up a game called prototype i know we arent supposed to refrence other things on here but its the best way i can describe it.

It would be awesome if Nightraven could leech other peoples blood from them, when they're cut somewhere. Though I doubt we could approve of that. It would be an instant death power.

By the way, what was Alex before he was modded by Promitheus and became a superhero? What is his background? Where does he come from? What does it meeeeeaaaaaan?

Not rude or against the rules to reference a game. In Prototype, the character was a Shapeshifter. Your character specifically says that he makes weapons out of his own blood when they are "spilled". (Hence the Emo reference. If a character doesn't spill your blood, you're going to have to do it yourself.)

Like Water-shooters, a weapon out of blood won't do any damage. It'll splash against a surface. Only if solidified or blasted at an opponent with great pressure. In Prototype, he would shape-shift his body into something else, like claws or a shield, would it prove lethal or useful. In either case, your character will need a lot more Energy Projection. A lot more.

You will need Ep for your blood power dude. Even if you didn't use the blood as a weapon it is a form of healing.

Night, they are right you do need some EP, to have a Healing faster, you might want to change that, and then get approved, once that is done, ask, Greg, Or Steven, Maybe Even Pain will do it, TO create a Grid for your character.

Even new characters know they should read over the rules. First thing to do is look over the Rules and Templates Here.

I'd say you'd need a Level 6 Energy Projection, for all your Shape-shifting attacks, and the Healing factor.

Energy Level 6 – Exceptionally powerful superhuman: This person has an extremely powerful form of energy emission, usually taking the form of a healing factor, a travel power, or a ranged attack. Small to medium sized wounds heal almost instantly and large ones in seconds, you’re able to travel in and out of the country freely.

With 5 Durability, his character would lol at the thought of having aids. Durability also counts for your immune system, so you would pretty much be immune to all types of diseases. If you want the power, you can also say that you age much slower as well.

Not until he fixes the grid.

My suggestion Raven, would be to rearrange your powergrid a little bit. Your going to need EP for your powers, so this is my suggestion on where to deduct points to give your-self high EP.

I don't think ya really need the 4 intellect, so I'd suggest taking off 1 or 2 stat points (Depending on how smart you want your character to be), and moving those points to your EP for you blood power. Your powers strength is determined by your EP, and if you want your power to be strong, you have to sacrifice the points somewhere. Having a well rounded character is good, but you should specialize in at least one stat. So I would also suggest lowering one, or two of your physicals stats and boost up your EP to level 6. Mainly because if you are using your EP to power a weapon, you don't need to have high strength, the weapons power is 100% based off your EP.

I don't wanna tell you exactly how to set up your powergrid because it is your character, and he is suppose to be built the way you want him to be but I'm just giving you a few suggestions on how to make your characters powergrid fit the powers you gave him a bit better. Once your finished changing your powergrid, I'll re-evaluate and approve the application.

I know, and I wasn't going to approve him yet. I just posted that so he knew the perks of having high endurance. I'm pretty sure I covered everything about his powergrid in my previous post. If you have any problems with it, please correct me.
