The Legacy

Personality: Colin is a sarcastic and geeky person with a soft spot for his family. He is also known to use a
lot of quips, regardless of their funnyness.

History:Colin Timothy Johnson was born in August 8th, 2001 in Medford Hospital to Jane and Andrew
Johnson. He grew up in a fairly nice neighbourhood, and he got a really nice education at there. During a dangerous experiment
conducted by a team of scientists, an accident there sent a surge of energy throught the city, turning him into Speed.

Make sure you fill the application out correctly.

And title it with your character's name.

You can edit the parent post of this thread to rename it to your characters name or their hero/villain moniker.

Be sure to also list FULL examples of how he uses his powers, and the exact extent he can use them.

Also, your priority list is incorrect. One of the attributes needs to be listed as a 4. You have listed two of them as a rank 2.

Please be mindful of the coding of the application as well - I see that you have deleted parts of the BBCode making the application look messy.
