Personality: When Thomas was young he was a happy kind carefree child, He was described by those around him as "A child not held down by the pain of the world." Unfortunatley when a riot broke out in the town he grew up in and his parents and fiance were killed Thomas felt his heart grow cold and dead. Though he is pure evil on the inside Thomas is the upmost gentleman to females and those he finds "entertaining." As he has aged and fought in countless battles he has lost all mercy in battle and is now a vicious killer never sparring his enemies. The air around him always seems to be cold and heavy from the hate in his heart. He was given the nickname Torment for torturing and punishing those who even as little as look at him funny.

History: Thomas grew up in a privledged home in a small town nestled in the country side of germany around the time of the 1800's, Both of his parents were rich noble types who looked down on the poor as lazy sinners. Thomas never felt this way though he spent most of his time in the town with the people making friends and helping out where he could. This is were he met the love of his life a young beautiful lass who was the daughter of a peasant farmer. Thomas's parents hated the idea of there son being around the poor but it didn't bother them enough to act upon it until they found out he had impregnated the farmers daughter, They banned him from seeing the lad and killed both the girl and her father. Upon hearing this the town's people rioted and raided the Lich castle and killed both of Thomas's parents but sparring him for how he treated them. Thomas never knew his parent's killed his fiance so he thought she had been murdered in the riot, He found the thought of his parent's and love dying far too much too handle. Thomas left his rich home not sure where he was going only knowing he could not be at there anymore.

After wandering for about ten years Thomas cave upon an old man attempting to chisel a peice of ice but he wasn't strong enough to break through it, Although he had grown cold on the inside Thomas for some reason felt pity for this man and went to help him. When he broke off the first lair of ice a bright light flashed and the world went dark! When Thomas awoke the old man was gone and everything seemed different, It felt as if everything was cold and that everyone who looked at him was afraid. When Thomas finally found a mirror too look in he was shocked at what he saw he was much taller and broader but his skin has also been tinted blue. Later that night a few drunk men saw Thomas and were repulsed how he looked so they attacked only to be slaughtered by a spike of ice. At first this shocked Thomas but later he saw he was the one who shot it out, it took many years of practice but eventually he learned to control these new powers.

Finally he returned to the town he left so long ago and got his revenge on everyone in the town by brutally slaughtering the older ones and using there children for slaves or practice dummies for his abilites. He took over his old castle and has ruled the town ever since but lately has grown restless and has made his way towards america inorder to find someone worthy of fighting him and for new land to control.

Powers:
Ice Control - Baron is able to draw moisture out of the air and manipulate it into ice which he can use for many different types of attacks, The larger the attack the more of his energy that is drained (An ice attack the size of a car or about 10 of his smaller attacks drains his energy.) He's able to make balls of ice ranging from the size of a pebble to that of a small car or a javelin both of which he throws at great speeds. He's also able to make a small but thick shield. Or melt ice that is nearby to regain energy.

Roleplay Sample: Thomas sat huddled in a dark alley wrapped in rags of clothings; afraid of what had happened to him "What the hell is happening to me!" This thought raced over and over in his mind. He saw three large apparently drunk men stumbling towards him yelling all types of obsecinties, Thomas stood and walked away not wanting to cause any trouble. But soon felt a sharp pain shoot through the back of his head and suddenly himself laying on the ground. Rolling over as quick as possible he looked up to see the men standing over him "What the hell are you doing in our........" The leader had no time to finish his threat for a pike of ice ripped through the men in a bloody flash. Scared and having no idea what just happened Thomas picked himself off the ground and ran as fast as possible but found his legs weak and like he had his energy drained.

I really do believe you should explain one more thing about that power:

"The more complex, the more energy is used."

You need to explain how complex the attack can be without him losing all of his energy.

You also need to explain how he even manipulates it. Like, for example, in your roleplay sample, you just say a spike of ice comes from nowhere. How about you fix that up, hm? :] (I do understand that the molecules of water are manipulated and turned into ice and etc.. but how can he direct the ice to puncture someone when he isn't touching it? That would also draw a lot of energy. Please, elaborate more; try not to be too vague.)

The ice in the roleplay was more a just a reaction since he didn't have control over his powers than. Now he doesn't use his attacks like that he manipulates the moisture into either an ice spear or a ball and throws it at his enemy.

Then explain that in your application, not in a comment. People won't read comments; they're going to focus upon the application itself.

Hey Mayhem not trying to hate on your app. but you're gonna have to change either your title, or appearance. It's cool that you want to have ice powers, but you can't be 'The Lich King' and look like him too. Other than that, I'll let Paine deal with this app. Good luck!
