ok so it's known I edited the Stats a bit and changed his speed to 6.

State exactly how large the ice aura is. Your ice aura should slowly drain from your energy, so you couldn't just keep it up forever. 4 and 5 DUR would have different effects, there is a gap between the two stats. It would hurt less for the higher stat, some one of equal or higher stat shouldn't even have to worry about your aura.

I still don't really like how you got your powers. You should have a good reason to have those powers, do something about your history. His personality could use a little work too.

WHY is he 12?

You can't put a 6 in speed "just because." 6 in incredibly high, and if you want a stat that high there has to be a reasonable reason why. Your character is 15, with a speed of 6 that makes him one of the fastest people int he world, even among superheroes who have super speed. If you want so much speed, you'll have to explain it in your character sheet.

Also, weather control powers are not the same as ice powers. If he's going to have weather powers, even if they're limited only to snow and hail, I think you should outline exactly what the limits and powers of that ability is.

Unless I'm mistaken, in it's gaseous form nitrogen won't instantly freeze things like in liquid form. Nitrogen isn't inherently cold. Also, it makes no sense for you to generate nitrogen just because you have ice powers. A cold aura is fine, but not this instantly freezing anything around you or anything that touches you stuff.

Also, what effect does heat have on him? It seems like as an elemental he would carry an inherent weakness to heat.
