How did this get Approved? He has 24 Points. Plus there are things Sergiy didn't clarify in his character such as that his Blood has every toxic chemical in it, and he's Immune to Toxic chemicals.

The way your grid is, it is very weak against physically strong heroes, or villains.. Having 1 speed makes you as slow as a turtle, and 1 strength means ya can't even lift your own body weight, and you also don't have have super high durability, so a lot of characters could easily swoop in and take you out no problem. Fighting Skills is good, but if you only have 1 speed it only helps so much. I'd suggest making your PG a bit more like this,

INT: 5
STR: 2
SPE: 3
END: 2
EP: 6
FS: 4

Just so your a better rounded character, and everyone couldn't get a easy hit in and knock you out. Know what I'm sayin'?

Alien would be able to Cover *A* toxic substance. Not every toxic substance in the known universe. Combining them is dangerous to you externally, imagine what it is like internally.

The possibility that mixed Toxic chemicals won't explode within your body or cause a venomous gas to errupt within you? Not really, Toxic chemicals are still Toxic chemicals. That would be going back to the old Wolf arguments of defying Physics, and trying to make Light travel faster than the Speed of light. You can't change the laws of physics, or an elements attributes. Making water not wet, or fire not burn.

Flagged again for review. You are Roleplaying Differently from your Application, and there was an oversight on your limitations for Regeneration Powers.

In the C-box you said that you used Toxins in your Blood Stream to create the Toxins you blast (Which is the reason you have an Immunity to Toxins). Thus, if you used the Toxic chemicals in your Blood stream to create these toxins, you would pass out of Blood Loss from one simple offensive attack. Therefore you pulled the Wild Card and said your Application had a High Regeneration Rate, in which it does say that and was overseen:
