Is the Ice Arrow seems a bit far-fetched for a Technology ability. At least the way it was described, I don't believe i've seen technology on earth similar.

Abilities: The block shaped device at the tip of the arrow is actually consealed ice. When the device comes in contact with something hard enough (Such as when it hits a person, wall, or the ground. So asically just about anything that it doesn't peirce threw.) it 'explodes' releasing the ice upon its target. When the ice is released it freezes 12-20 (Depending on where it hit) inches from the position of impact. The ice is very dense, being at least 3-4 inches thick. Any avarage strength man would have just about no hope of breaking these ice, especially if it hit one of his arms. The most effective way of breaking the ice would be to fall on it, and hope your body weight was enough to crack through the ice.

If the Arrow was like a powerful burst of Co2 freezing spray, that would be different. But to freeze something on impact projectile, seems to always have been a Magic or Power-related ability.

Personally, I'd just edit your stats to have 2 EP, and have the ability to cast a Spell on the Arrows of sorts. To have an explanation for Super-powered arrows. Ones that can crack extra durable heroes (as you stated in Standard Arrow. It wouldn't be the arrow, but your Energy Projection that inflicts the blow.), and would explain Ice Arrow more efficiently.

If we were limited to real technology on earth, then our gadgets wouldn't as useful compared to energy powers, but I do get what your saying. However I'd like to keep my EP at 0, so lets just say that Spike fused the molecules in ice, and a fictional chemical that rapidly spreads when it comes in contact with Carbon Dioxide. When the two fused, and Spike exposed the ice to carbon dioxide it quickly spread the ice 12-20 inches from where it was first exposed at. After discovering this, Spike con-sealed his device in a small glass ball and put it on the tip of a arrow. When the arrow is shot, whatever it hit would crack the glass, and the ice would be exposed to the Carbone Dioxide in the air and spread upon the target.

The tips of the arrows could contain a small amount of liquid nitrogen that shatters and splashes the target, effectively freezing anything it touched. As far as the regular arrows go I got something. I need to find it again though so hold on.

Good, your armor is just like the Black Knight's only remember that unlike the thing you copy/pasted (for Wilbert), your armor covers/protects pretty much every inch of your body; just like the Black Knight's armor. Just put in your history that you've worked with him in the past and he created it for you. You could also say he helped you enhance several of your gadgets, and we can do even more later. (since you have 6 int, that would be no problem.) I see no problem with the application, but just one question. Where is your history?
