Personality:Thomas Cane A.K.A. Jack Frost is a show off with no other word too it. He is outgoing, Loud, arrogant and sometimes down right cold as frozen granite. He sees the world as always in the Gray area and never black and white so he says he walks the path of least remembrance. To his friends as well as his Allies he is cold as arctic winds being sarcastic and sometimes down right degrading calling people stupid and ignorant. Jack has never actually been happy and for that he sees it as the worlds fault and just wants it to freeze.

History: You know the stories where something happens that just can't be explained or the reason why? Well this is one of those stories. Thomas Cane was born to a family of Nomads and Gypsies who were born in the winter and died in the summer in a way to be said. Susan and Richard Cane had always lived in Alaska for it was where they were born and hoped to die and be buried. They lived in a small village of four hundred people where everyone knew everyone. Susan was a geologist and her husband a Specialist on Environmental study. The couple married when Richard was 21 and Susan was 19. They wanted to be married before they went to colleague so they were, Richard and Susan spent years together and apart doing there studies then graduating and then research fields before finally settling down in Alaska to have a family when Richard was 37 and his wife 35.

Richard built him and his wife a house with his own hands while living in a hotel until it was ready, 5 years of back breaking work finally got the couple there dream home and with it there plans of a child. The couple tried for months and were finally rewarded when Susan checked and found she was pregnant and how they rejoiced as two soon to be parents. Thomas Cane was born December 12th during a blizzard which frequent the area and was normal life span of up to 3 months straight. Thomas was a healthy young baby with ice blue eyes that seemed to grasp the world and hold it tight.

Thomas grew up a normal healthy young boy who loved to play out in the snow and like all boys he did things he wasn't suppose to in the essence of going out on the ice without a Adult. On Thomasa's sixth birthday him and some others went out to play and of course being boys dared each other to see who could go out farther well not one to back down Thomas walked out to the middle of the ice and stood proud. On his way back the ice caved in and Thomas fell in. he was under the ice cold water for more than 3 minutes before his father pulled him out and tried to breath life back into the dead boy.

Now things took a turn that day for it is said that spirits are playful and the most playful and coldest of all was Jack Frost, he missed the days when he was a body and able to bring life to his Ice instead of just being a Spirit he wanted his own wishes of a Cold world far from the other Legends of life. Jack came across the scene as a fluff of swirling snow and seeing a Opportunity took the place of the deceased boy for by now his spirit was long gone. Jack opened his eyes staring at a man who must have been the boy's father and smiled hugging him. Jack could once again feel life in his body but also a negative effect of him having a Host was his cold skin and that too stayed with the body, Months went by and when it was discovered nothing could be done his parents simply let it be.

Meanwhile Jack had other ideas and in secret began to once again perfect the powers of cold through his new Host, He had his old talents of Ice, Cold, And winter but also speed and his many years of watching others fight and picking things up. Along with it came the powers of Jack Frost being able to shoot beams of Ice, able to freeze things at a touch, and able to form objects from ice. he was Jack Frost embodied and he was going to give the world a forever Winter. Jack/Thomas continued his life until he was 15 and his parents had to send him off to another school since the one there didn't have a high school. Jack/Thomas hugged his parents for in the years he had come to love them and would leave them a present, when they died they would be minor spirits of winter and always together. But Jack had his own plans and it involved making the world cold, cold, cold as Ice. So jack/Thomas said goodbye to his Parents and on the way to the new school where he would stay year round anyway he vanished with a snow storm leaving a Homunculus made of snow to continue his life while jack frost was able to live his own dreams.

jack took on his old appearance with solid snow white hair and the eyes stayed for they were a uncanny match. the body became darker more tan which was odd in the winter king but he liked it and this would be permanent. he laid himself on with powerful muscle and decided he was once again ready to give the Planet a very new Winter.

Powers:Ice Aura: Jack emits a aura of freezing Nitrogen air from around his body that can freeze anything solid that comes near it This has a 1 foot radius all around him, This can be turned on and off but otherwise when he is eating it is on. This can freeze sidewalks, buildings, and even people in thick blocks of ice. The stronger the opponent the harder. Someone with a lvl 6 durability would only become Numb but anything lower it freezes to degrees. A lvl 3 down would freeze while a lvl 4 would get sudden frostbite and 5 would be hard to move his fingers without blinding agony. So you can work from that. (4 post length and a 2 post recharge before using again)

Ice Hands: This is as it says with his hands Jack can freeze anything he touches to ice. Any object or person such as a arm, leg etc he grabs onto becomes frozen.

Ice Forms: Jack can make objects out of the ice he wields like a Large sword of sharpened ice or shards of Ice Knives that can be thrown. This can also be used to make a armor of ice around him.

Ice power period: Anything to do with Ice, Snow, Or cold Jack can use such as making it snow or blow winds so cold that it chills to the very marrow of someones bones much like deep winter on a open sky night. Also he can fire beams of ice freezing things or lay his hand down and form a rail of ice spikes. Anything his mind can make.

Power Grid: (You have 22 points to spend on your Power Grid unless you can fly, in which case you have 20. Each stat can start at 6, not 7. 7 must be earned.)

My main question... is what are the Symptoms of your Freezing powers? Because depending on how significant, some of these attacks are too unavoidable to be realistic. If by "freeze anything" including people, you mean they're literally stuck in place, I think they need to be toned down a bit. They can effect infinite amount of range with maximum potency.

I personally had a slight problem with your powers. Firstly the Ice Aura, seemed to cover a large area surrounding his body, that nobody could go near, and would freeze anyone level 5 Durability and Under. Its slightly unavoidable. Can't dodge an aura, or block it. If your Ice powers had the effect of a snare, AKA slowing a character's movement down, it might be different.

Also with Ice Armor, how much Endurance does this add to your character? +1?

Well the Ice armor is more like something you have to kinda get through to get to him. it doesn't really have a endurance it's just normal ice so if your strong enough to break a wall of ice your fine. Now for the aura a persons aura normally covers 1 foot full around so anywhere outside of that there fine. As for freezing well it's ice it can't slow someone down but it can freeze a person solid. Now the Durability falls on other people I am not making my guy weaker because there weak.

And Ya frozen means you can't move...your frozen in ice I can't help that there frozen it's what ice does. FREEZES. As for them getting close That is on them and if they can't find a way around it that isn't my fault. I made a character not to be Op but to have all the significances of ice.

Ice Aura and Ice Hands are OP. If you grab a person anywhere, you've pretty much destroyed that part of their body. Perhaps say that you've frozen their skin, and if they don't get help, then their blood vessels and such will be frozen.

Also, the Ice Aura can damage people with Lv. 5 durablity, and instantly beat anyone lower.You don't even have Lv. 5. I say you should lower it to Lv. 3, where you can move with only lots of pain.

I'd also want another mod/admin to look at this, since I dislike making decisions myself.

So you'd be okay if I made a character with laser beam vision that can instantly vaporize anyone who isn't of Level 7 Durability, and has a 180 Degree Arc? I mean, realistically, they didn't make their character weak. You made your character too powerful IMO.

In some games, Iceman's freezing powers slow down and snare units, making their punches and running speed slower. Hence where I got the reference. No need for irritating sarcasm.

Personally I'd be more comfortable with it if it were just blasts and things players could dodge and evade. An aura that doesn't allow anyone to come within a foot or two of you totally screws over any Melee players who want to come closer to your character.

They can come close but a person who is ice is cold and there Aura is cold i never understood Iceman he was as weak in ice as you could possibly get. There is no ice in the world that slows someone down it freezes you I'm not changing that because they can dodge and move if they want to avoid it.

As for the aura and cold hands all the ice hands are is a Melee distance to my ice beams and my beams of Ice freeze so there really isn't a difference there except it has a close range use. And ya my ice beams will freeze you so will my hands. If the Aura is that big of a Issue fine I will remove it but the Ice hands are not op there close range use of my ice powers. The Aura is the cold radiating off his body and since his touch could freeze a body part his body is basically sub zero cold and that's what his natural Aura would be like someone who was heat like Torch, his aura radiated heat because he was heat

Now for those wanting to get close and personal even hitting my body will hurt them since he is so cold anyway again Subzero his skin alone could freeze someone and that is what is necessary to freeze someone is basically liquid nitrogen at it's most lethal and that is Sub zero. So I can lower the aura to 6 inches of my body but the effects are the same. If I grab you your body part freezes since that is what he does. Freezes.

and the Durability is 5 to resist the most because at lvl 3 it's too weak. Anyone from 4 up would walk through my ice like it's nothing which would be jank since I have a 6 ep.

I think that instantly freezing some one into a block of ice falls into the category of powers that cause instant death and unconsciousness which is illegal, unless other characters can instantly break out.

The instant break out states from there own strength. if they can't get out they die that is not my problem. Freezing someone is not Op as many Comics and stories do it. And I'm sure there are some here who wield ice as well. You freeze you freeze it is up to you to get out. I'm not gonna coddle you so use your own mind.

... just wondering, but how does he have four speed? Ice powers doesn't increase running speed does it? And how did he get so good at fighting?

Ummmm, because he has all those uber powers and somehow also has superspeed?

Those are different levels and have nothing to do with my Ice. there my Stats and I will make them as I choose.

He fell into a Lake and died. He was brought back to life and it kinda triggered what was there.
