The price of information (opened to 1 person) - Page 2 Empty Re: The price of information (opened to 1 person)

'She would if she could.' What did that mean? He over analyzed that one statement in his brain thousands of times over in only a matter of seconds. He had drawn two conclusions, and only one could be correct. Either she was playing dumb and trying to smooth talk her way to information, or her memory had been wiped before the brain washing of Project Perfection could be completed. It wouldn't be the first case, several had escaped from Project Perfection, but only one had the same problems as her; and that had been Wilbert himself. Though over the years his advanced brain had worked to return all his memories, but for the first few years out of Project Perfection, he was no longer the Black Knight. Midway through life's journey, he found himself in the dark woods, The right way lost, to tell about those woods is difficult, so tangled and rough, It's savage just thinking of it now. He felt the old fear stirring, from where his shadows were born.

"I aint as dopey as you be thinkin' dawg. Tell me some moh 'bout dis project and maybe a lil moh bout yoself too, den I can help yo ass out a lil bettah. Like foh startehs, what you even need information foh?"

"Well I hoped you won't be a dead end but it seems i was wrong." said Samara. "I can give you no more information and I can not let you live with the information you do know." A blue aura surrounded her hands. The aura also appeared around 3 other cars that were parked a few feet away. "Goodbye, thank you for the food." She swiped her arm and the three cars flew at Wilbert. To her the chance of a normal man dodging three cars was impossible. She sighed and turned around sort of sad she had to start from scratch. Also that man was the only company she had had for as long as she remembered. Or at least the only one was was remotely nice. Every other guy she asked said to know something but in the end only used her for her body. That guy seemed different in someway, even though she couldn't put her figure on it.

The price of information (opened to 1 person) - Page 2 Empty Re: The price of information (opened to 1 person)

((I apologize for taking so long to post, but It'll get better. I had a lot going on in my life.))

Wilbert's chances at a peaceful resolution had been blown, and perhaps he had asked too many questions too soon, or maybe it had been because he didn't play along the way she wanted. Either way it didn't matter, he knew this was going to end up being a fight and he had to deal with this Project one way or another. He anticipated some sort of attack from her even before she said she couldn't let him live. "Shiii" Was all the tall dark skinned thug said before three parked cars were tossed at him, coming at him one after another in quick succession. Thanks to his extremely quick thinking and the super computer built into his sunglasses, he was capable of scanning the vehicles surrounded by her blue aura and checking if anyone was inside. Only one vehicle actually had some one in it, and that person had been the furthest away, getting ready to pull away just before his vehicle was surrounded by her mysterious blue power. His brain worked faster than any other, on top of that he was also capable of coming up with a plan on how to avoid being crushed and save that person's life with out having to use any gadget's excluding his gloves. Wilbert's body and brain were capable of working together on a level that proved superior even to a super human.

The two empty vehicles came hurling at him first, and the one with the innocent inside not far behind. The first vehicle went high, the second went low, and the third one's position was too difficult to tell at the moment. Thanks to his extreme flexibility and acrobatic skills, Wilbert dropped very low and completely ducked under the first car. He quickly sprung back up and leaped just high enough over the second one that he literally ran across it as it passed. The two vehicle's just crashed into other vehicle's on the street, causing damage and chaos, but luckily no one had been hurt. The final one came just as he landed back onto the ground, and as he was landing he powered on his gloves and instantly was granted super human strength. He only pushed it far enough to grant him the strength to stop this car and pushed the device no further, he needed to conserve his usage of it so that he could quickly use it again if needed. Wilbert put his mighty hands out and caught the oncoming vehicle by the hood, stopping it's momentum nearly instantly, but forcing him to slide back a few inches. He gently lowered the vehicle down onto the street and released it, saving this innocent man's life. "Go on nigga, get outta here befoh dat bitch get crazeh again." Wilbert powered down his gloves and walked away from the man's vehicle.

The fearless man slowly strolled towards Project Samara with a fierce look in his light brown optics. He stared her down ferociously as she walked away from the man that she assumed so easily defeated. It was never a bad thing to be underestimated, at least not for him. "Yo crazeh ladeh. I aint done wiff you yet." He shouted to her boldly in his silly thuggish voice as he continued to walk towards her.

The words hit her like a truck. She turned around. "How the hell..." said Samara. "They only way you could dodged that is..." Her brain put the pieces together almost instantaneously at that point. "You have abilities... I thought there was something different then you. "Well this changes everything... I also have a feeling you really don't sound they way you've been talking. So how about you talk normally and we can be civil, if that's even possible at this point." She was at the ready to attack, she trusted others with super natural abilities even less, for when they stab you in the back it actually hurts.

Wilbert grinned as he watched her turn around, she was completely stunned to see the handsome dark sinned thug standing before her still alive. "Juss blow yo mind aint it?" He softly chuckled at her, his bright white grin fading into a cocky smirk. The silly thug came to a halt, keeping the distance between them at a few yards. He crossed his muscular arms over his broad chest, standing there calmly as he stared into her blue eyes with his light brown optics. Before speaking up, he simply nodded up at her. "Yo crazeh ass juss tried to kill a brotha, and you be tellin' me to be civil. Bitch you crazeh." Wilbert turned his head so that he could spit on the floor, and a brief moment later he moved back to staring her down. He began peaking up once again in his silly thuggish voice. "Wutchyou tryin' ta say? I aint talk good enuff foh you?" He wasn't about to give away his identity, no matter what the case, especially not to some one he cannot trust. Him talking normally was far too big of a risk. If anyone ever put together that Wilbert and Black Knight were the same people, a large amount of his plans for the future would be trashed. The world still needed heroes, and The Black Knight was the brains of them all.
