Personality:

Cold, Calculating and completely insane. His fixation on Daark and to a lesser extent all heroes has made him a serious psychological threat.

History:

His mother Gillian Beckar was a major news reporter for a big city TV station. She worked as hard as she could to give her son a proper life away from the fame that she hated so much. Eventually the pressure of raising Evan and constantly being sent abroad on assignment caused her to retire and look after her son fulltime. Annoyed by big city life they both moved several times and several schools until their current destination.

As he grew older he got into the same business as his mother. He began as a make up artist and prop creator and rose to the top of the exact same TV station which shows David Daarks weekly television series LIVING DAARK. Jealous of how this moron managed to get a proper series while he spent years and much blood and sweat to get to his position he swore to make Daarks life a misery.

It all came to a head when during a siege on the TV station Evan tried to stop the villain called Nightkill who was attacking the station. He was struck into a computer panel before Daark could save him. He survived just barely but the situation had driven him insane and blessed him with some new abilities.

Now he calls himself the Librarian and he wants to file away both Daark and Nightkill

Powers

After coming out of the coma he has become a “digital ghost” his entire being is bonded to computers and other electrical devices. He can take any information from the internet and apply it to any situation he has found himself in. Using this ability he can ruin peoples lives. He can falsify evidence. Take peoples ideas and using techniques he learned from his days as a make up artist actually become those people.

Trashing, this characters need works, if you want it back, you're going to have to improve his personality and history. Also, you're going to need a better super-hero image, I think it's cool to do you're own art work, but it needs to be more serious.
