Costume Description/Image: (i had a pic of the uniform but it whouldnt go on)
colors are inverted, the black is red and he doesn’t have a hood instead he has a long Indian style headdress with green, blue, red, and white feathers. When he doesn’t have his headdress on he has 4 long red feathers that are really connected to his head. He has a long staff with Aztec symbols carved into it along with more feathers and 3 bells tied to the top end of the staff each a different color as his headdress. On his back hangs a short blade with Arabic script running along the scabbard.

Personality:
- mysterious when it comes to large gatherings of people
- loves to entertain people
- always studies black magic and medical along with history
- gets angered easily
- when bored he has a tendency to bother people like a small child
- when left alone with a woman he has a tendency to go insane
- is a loner and trys to distance him self from his people

History:
When inar was 23 he wandered in to a strange cave in the jungle of his Aztec village in side he saw weird symbols on the walls of the cave as he ventured further back he came upon a small glowing lake that was legend to be the home of the feathered serpent as he ventured in to the cave he was found by the large beast he then made inar a deal that he could keep his life and immortality if he told no one about there meeting, upon agreeing the serpent then possessed inar thus freezing his body in his forever sate of age. He now lives his life on keeping his secret hidden from the world. He lives in the same palace as the king and is well known through out Peru but as well has many enemies towards him.

Powers:
-Teleportation-uses olny as a travle power and at times when serisoly injored in battle he can disappear and reappear easily any where at will he has to consontrate on where he travles so he olny uses it as a last resort on the feild
- Telekinesis- a skill he has developed well in his life time he can move large objects effortlessly
- control over fire- with the powers inherited from the serpent he can summon great fire storms by hitting the ground with his staff or clapping his hands
-Summoning- can summon things from animals to the dead
-Shape shifting- can transform in to a large panther

Inar has a long scar going over his left eye and down his neck on that side he also has a scar going from the corner of his mouth to his ear. Along his arms he has tribal tattoos he as also lean and well built. When angered Inars eyes change shades of red and the feathers on his headdress ruffle up.

Role-play Sample:
Sitting on the steps of his lord’s palace Inar sighs as he taps his staff against the step below him. “There’s never any thing to do around here…” he sighs and stands dragging his staff behind him the bells jingling each time it hits the step the feathers on his head hang glumly as he walks in to the palace to his room he walks in to his room closeing his door behind him without touching it he glares at the white panther lounging on his bed “how many times have I told you…stay off the bed..” the panther lazily yawns and jumps down inar walks to the bed and lays back seting his staff on the floor he jesters to a book acrost the room from him and it flotes to him he opens the book and reads through it the panther jumps up and lays next to him. Inar sighs again “I hope some one needs my service soon…”

No, instant teleportation is strictly forbidden, I have made that clear. It needs a casting time

He only uses it for travel, maybe to escape death. With there being a "No killing main characters" rule I see no problem with it. The teleporting just requires a lot of concentration he can't afford to give in combat. Simple fix.

Then that should be posted in the app by the creator, and it shouldn't be assumed that I know that.
