Nightkill grinned. "Listening now?" he asked, throwing them all cards with his email and phone number on them.

"Listen, I'm leader of an organization named SCAR, and I think you'll be extraordinary recruits. We pay four million dollars per year, perhaps more if you do a good job. Also, if you have any personal quests- say, getting vengance, finding a personal item, that sort of thing- we'll fund it. Any questions, comments, concerns?"

(I have will be starting the Turkey thread soon, until then I recommend that we become realistically acquainted with one another, because although this is a fiction narrative about fantasy characters, realistic interaction, and reactions should still hold true. I can't see my character just up and dropping his guard to let a group of strangers suddenly start following him around. Although it may be easy....the surrealism of it hurts my brain)

"Well I am glad we took another minion of evil off the street, and that the matter has resolved itself....Now....Destrok....why are you here? And who the f*ck is in possession of this mystery voice I keep hearing....SHOW YOURSELF!" Marcus yelled out into the night at who ever was wanting to take the lizardman into custody.
(nightkill that comment is posted at you...your introduction to us is lacking, as you didn't even mention where you were, or how you got there...are you a disembodied voice?)

"I see are new little Asian friend seems to like to come and go as she pleases and without introductions." Marcus turned to Vitreo. "What was her name...You say you've met her before...will we see her again?"

"I think we should move this inside, the police are out and about and I personally have no need of their interference tonight. We can convene inside this abandoned building
and talk further inside. I for one have plans for tomorrow and will need my sleep I am to be of full function tomorrow." With that Marcus gestured for his new guests to join him in the housing. He stopped Vitreo and pulled him aside.

whispering: "Vitreo, my new young friend... I don't know or trust any of them, I will keep them occupied until you return from taking the Lizard to the police, but on your return I would like to propose something to you. You seem....trustworthy" Marcus hesitated to even bring the word to his lips. " Your control over glass also seems fascinating to say the least, when you return we shall talk?"

"She calls herself Eclipse, apparently. We have run into each other a lot tonight. She has fallen for my charm, no doubt."
Adriano joked.

"I know this guy a little" Adriano had said about the "voice" Marcus was screaming about.
"He is my "employer". I still don't know how trust worthy he is, but the money sounds good. We will talk when I return."

Vitreo once again entered his transparent form, as he had the glassed prisoner slide over to the police lights. From the looks of it, he was moving somehow on his own. Vitreo's own being was no where to be seen. Needless to say, many people had turned their heads to see the lizard being. They were at a loss for words as to what it is, but it's claws were without a doubt still bloody from it's feeding before. No doubt it had something to do with the series of murders tonight.

" I don't want to talk about why i am here. My ship crashed, let's leave it at that. now, if you know a good shelter around here, its getting cold." Destrock turned to the house. "mind if i stay here?"

Marcus looked around, Vitreo, the small Asian girl, apparently named Eclipse had already left. With still no sign of Vitreo's mysterious employer other that having business cards being tossed in his direction , that left only Marcus and the new green man that was becoming ruder by the second.

"YES! there are plenty of places to stay around the city....I recommend you bugger off and find one, because I don't care to share sleeping quarters with some strange alien being that won't say what he's doing...ON MY PLANET!. Marcus said, blocking the door with his massive frame. His sword still held out in a defensive posture.

After dropping the beast off, Adriano had begun walking back to the others. Eclipse had caught his eye though. She was running off again. She seemed to have found some place to stay...hold up. How did she get in? It looked as if she let herself into that apartment. She had climbed a fire escape to get to where she did, and so Vitreo would follow. Any area out of reach for him would not be a problem. The glass that surrounded him would get off him and make a bridge before him. After crossing said bridge, the glass would once again cling onto him. Eventually, he had reached the window she had climbed in. He COULD have simply took the glass out of place and then re-adjusted it, but surly that would give her the wrong idea. Instead, he had simply knocked on the window. He was no longer transparent. You could see the stain glass all around him, yet it covered many features that showed exactly who he was.

"Nice place you got here. Is it yours?"

(did she lock the window or unlock it)
"I didn't realize you had such a way with sarcasm. Is there something about that guy you happen to know and you wanna tell me about? Because if this is a dangerous dude..."

"Well, it doesn't seem like he is hiring just anybody. He is looking for super powered individuals."
He opened the window and moved inside. He would then close it behind him.
"Some of us aren't too comfortable with the idea of people knowing we can do...what we do so the money makes sense. Also, I dare you to show me one business man who doesn't have a skeleton or five in his closet."

He looked at her directly in the eyes. His mind you, were still glazed over with glass.
"So then, how did you know I accepted his deal?"
